Hotel puts a lot of focus on the environmental care (e.g. beach towels can only be changed every 3 days, refillable water bottles from a couple central points, take the stairs not the lift, etc.) but a more efficient measure should come from the management of the hotel, not the guests, and should be related to downsizing the hotel which is massive for the area. These policies put on guests are just greenwashing and an excuse for the hotel to cut some costs. Hotel is a bit too pricey for the quality. Breakfast: good variety but lack of quality. Spa should be complimentary (1 session per room per stay). Sunbeds at the swimming pool were always fully booked. None of the personnel were doing anything about it.

The stay exceeded our expectations. The location was fantastic, with a room overlooking Cala Galdana. The rooms were practical, clean and very pleasant to stay. The quality of breakfast and dinner buffet was outstanding. We enjoyed the dinner at the hotel much more than at the local restaurants. The biggest asset of the hotel it´s its staff though. From the reception, through restaurant staff and chefs to the cleaning team - everyone was always nice and with a smile on, which is extremely important taking into account how busy they were. We never felt not welcome and this really makes a difference - well done for putting customer service as your priority. You don´t mind spending extra more money when you feel so well taken care of. During our stay it was also my mum´s birthday and we were pleasantly surprised with the kindness of the hotel yet again :) The SPA and thermal circuit were great value for money and not crowded at all.

Tiny thing that I would try to be more aware of (although I understand it might be difficult with so many guests and keeping the quality high) - when sitting next to the dessert and pastry station during the dinner I notice that when staff were replacing the almost finished dessert trays, the remaining few pieces of cake were thrown away to the bin. I understand that due to aesthetics you can´t keep them on display but just felt bad for seeing it being put into waste. Maybe preparing smaller quantities or smaller size desserts would help here - not sure. It just didn´t go in pair with the eco-approach that we loved but I understand it is difficult to have a solution that would please everyone here.

Every member of staff we met was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good, amazing choice. And thank you for providing a ‘mini-breakfast’ as we were leaving early on our last day. We loved the fantastic view from our balcony. The room was lovely with some nice touches like the light switches by the beds. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. Love the whole ethos of this hotel and its eco-focus. Great gym. The pool is lovely- cold, but big enough to swim decent lengths. Excellent location with nice walks to nearby beaches Macarella and Mitjana.

My only suggestion is more comfortable sunbeds. Something cushioned would have been so much nicer.

Good location, decent breakfast, good pool and leisure facilities,. There was a mix up with our second room which we had requested as a twin but we were allocated a double. To be fair to the hotel they fixed this as soon as they could although this took a few days as the hotel was basically full. Rooms were very clean.

Room sizes - we paid for deluxe double/twin rooms with balconies - but there was not enough wardrobe space at all especially for anyone planning to stay for a fortnight as we did. A lot of clothes simply had to stay in the suitcases. Secondly while the rooms were cleaned very well the timing of the cleaning was very variable and sometimes a lot later than we would have liked. Lastly the rationing of the pool/beach towels to one towel every 3-4 days was a pain especially as our balcony only got the sun in the mornings so often we had to go to the beach with damp towels.

This was our second visit here to the hotel and again we enjoyed the relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Great local walks/hikes and beautiful coves to be found on the nearby trails . Super clean rooms with great showers. Clean, minimalist and contemporary styling with the opportunity to book and use the spa and treatment centre all located within the complex. High quality food with an extensive range of choice.

A little disappointed why there is a charge for the drinking water served at dinner. This being filtered tap water served in generic reusable glass bottles (which is consistent with the refilling stations in the hotel). We could understand this if they were boutique sealed mineral water bottles (as offered in the mini fridges in the room) but the requirement to pay 5 euros each night for for s a couple of bottles of tap water we felt a little excessive. The hotel was very busy for breakfast and dinner (early June) and it felt like a bit of a scrum to get served at times - saying this the staff where very professional and the quality and choice of food was excellent.

There was lots to like. Firstly we arrived early and our room was ready. We were unoacked and by the pool by midday something I haven't experienced in other hotels. This is such a fabulous hotel, lovely staff, and excellent location. We had breakfast included. There was a wonderful variety and range to choose from but less so for vegans. The location is excellent, we packed lots into our few days. We hired a kyak and explored the nearby caves and coves, staff were very helpful in directing us where best to go. We don't usually go back to the same location but we would happily return here.

The only downside was the limited vegan and even vegetarian food in the hotel. With the hotel being about health and wellbeing this is an area to be expanded that will compliment their aims, values and ethos.

Sauna: needs serious refurbishment (part of wood benches are rotten); Use of swimwear in sauna (not good for the skin nor hygienic)

This is a great location. The hotel is new, clean, friendly supportive staff, has a superb wellness, rooms are nice with comfortable beds and great views if you’re on the higher floors. If you want you can eat at the hotel (two restaurants) but we mostly went to Cituadella as it’s just a short drive, the town itself doesn’t have much to offer. Beautiful Cala Galdana beach is nearby and Cala Macarella is like a 30-minute walk. Stunning Cala Macarelletta is a few minutes beyond but you need to be there early as it’s very small and extremely crowded.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional, from the staff, to the food, the spa, and the rooms. The pool area had stunning views and a table service which delivered great quality food and drink to your sunlounger, of which there were plenty. There is a choice of two breakfast rooms, both with great choices and a chefs station. The staff, known as 'freshpeople', could not have been more friendly and helpful. Service was fantastic. The rooms were quite spacious with lots of storage, and the bathroom was modern with an extra large rainfall shower. But the best bit was the super comfy king-size bed, which looked out to the balcony with views out to the stunning greenery surrounding the hotel. I'd suggest this view is better than views of the pool or beach as it offers you a unique perspective of nature from higher up. Roads around the hotel were very quiet, as was the room itself. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone.

The coffee at breakfast could have been better and loose tea offered rather than bags. Although teabags in hotel room were always kept topped up. The spa was amazing but the steam room seem to be lacking some steam. Everything else - perfect.

We absolutely loved the service. The staff are extremely polite and helpful always making us feel like home. We had half pension and we were very grateful for the excellent service provided by the buffet staff (Nerea, Alex and the others) as well as the chefs (From Cordoba, Sevilla and Menorca). Also Alicia the staff at the Blue bar. Also loved the fact that the cleaning service could do yoga in the morning before work. Lovely initiative!
