it was clean and the kitchenette was clean too. The bathroom was missing body wash and shampoo but they brought it for me upon requesting. The only issue is that they don't let you check in after 6pm. That can be a deal breaker in some situations. They gave fans in both rooms.

the fact that check-in was only until 6pm. So in case i was delayed because of traffic or some other unforeseen circumstances, I couldn't stay the night in the room that I paid for. Also there was only a ceiling window in the room and it did get a bit claustrophobic for my toddler.

Very spacious and clean British motel apartment with fridge which was a real bonus. The staff were genuinely nice and the adjoining pub was equally friendly. Also no trouble parking the SUV. I definitely recommend the food which was delicious and they had several gluten free options which was brilliant. The beds were comfy and fresh smelling. Overall, a really nice apartment and pleasant stay!!

The exterior had a major road beside it which was thankfully buffered by a hedge, but the smell of exhausts lingered a bit until we got inside as we'd arrived on a busy Friday at 5pm rush hour. Also it is always just luck how late your neighbours stay up, but there was some noise from the corridor which echoed doors being shut.

Comfortable clean room with kettle hob microwave and fridge....perfect to make yourself something nice to eat .Pillows were very comfortable (difficult to find in many establishments) Good check in with helpful friendly staff.Useful information pack..Appears to be a good restaurant onsite with an extensive menu, but we didn't actually use it Also a very pretty outside sitting area to the side of the property.Very little noise from the road, which is a busy dual carriageway thanks to the good quality double glazing the room had..

The amount of noise from the next room until 3 am was not good..My partner asked me to turn off our TV because the music was too loud We didn't have our TV on( it was the TV in the next room) and they were also watching some thriller movie as there was a lot of very loud screaming sporadically blasting through the walls...., so we had rather a disturbed night's sleep.You do expect some noise with other guests moving around which was all that was heard from the other adjoining room. but maybe there could be a limit on how much is acceptable after midnight added into the information pack to ensure all guests have the great nights rest this property offers

The staff member at the hotel, 'Sev', was very helpful and accomadating. She listened to our queries, gave us information about travel and watched our stuff for us on check out day when our family member was running late to pick us up. The room was nice and spacious as well

Our kettle didn't work but was quickly replaced with a new working kettle upon request, so it wasn't too bad. The room was also a little chilly

The owner went out of her way to ensure I was able to collect my key. We had a lot of personal things going on that week so I wasn't as responsive to her calls or as organised as I would usually be, but she was still polite and accommodating and made things as easy for us as she could. The space was cheap and cheerful, perfect for what we needed.

There weren't as many cooking utensils, crockery etc as expected for a family suite, but still enough to make do. There were not proper curtains on the windows (blinds on the main window, nothing on a smaller window in the kitchen opposite the bed) so it wasn't very dark as the street lights shone through.

Room very clean . Good towels and comfy beds suited us for an overnight visit to area for an evening event . Nice bar and restaurant nearby .

Didn’t like the 6pm deadline for checking in . Also our kitchen facilities were situated in the middle of our two bedrooms , with no ventilation only a fan . Good equipment which we didn’t use apart from the kettle but could smell cooking smells from other rooms ….

Very good size and bright room with double beds and kitchen if feeling goes to stay longer with good value price. Like a good "American Motel" for short or long stays. And their restaurant next to it provides a very tasty breakfast at a reasonable price (must be booked at the reception as not part of the room deal)

We had a room facing above opposite the kitchen and the corridor had smell of cooking (maybe from a room or the kitchen) would be nice to improve their ventilation. But no smell in the room then it was alright

Lovely lady on reception to check us in (sorry did not get her name sadly) could not do enough to help, a real welcome change.

Paid extra for late check out but cleaning staff were very noisy outside our room from early morning banging and clattering, eventually knocking on our door asking to clean our room...............they said they did not know that we were a late check out, so not overly happy we paid for a service we did not benefit from.

everything was good, location was good and facilities were good. Even better was the staff at reception and the night porter. The lady in reception was really good. She moved my room to be near reception because I was travelling alone. I was stuck in horrendous traffic on M62 and couldn’t make the check in time. She arranged a self check in and told me to phone night porter if I need help. The night porter was very good. He helped me get in and find my room then he showed me how to get in and out. Excellent staff. i will be booking again.

2 bedrooms separated by the kitchenette was perfect for our needs Bar and grill downstairs / adjacent was family orientated, excellent in both quality of food and service from the lovely staff and reasonably priced too!

The kitchenette had no window only an extractor fan so it got very hot when cooking as the doors couldn’t be propped open. (Fire doors)
