Nice room, good breakfast, and nice lobby. Elevators worked well and were clean. I also like that you have a smoking section outside.

I saw 1 roach in the bathroom. And the area was riddled with police arresting people, pulling people over and taking statements.

I have been to EVERY hotel and MOTEL in Rancho Cordova since 2020 and for the first time in years, (while in Sacramento), I have not experienced racism, prejudice, or bias whatsoever. That in itself made me feel super safe!. I've never been to this hotel but I'm so thankful that my friend recommended it to me! The staff were AMAZING, all of them so kind, sweet, friendly, & considerate. There was a kind and considerate young man (on July 30th) who checked me in at night and kind housekeeping ladies and the kind lady at the front desk, during the day of July 31st. Omg I could cry right now while typing this. This La Quinta is by far, the CLEANEST and most comfortable & convenient hotel !!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!! so so so so much for such a pleasant stay. *tears of joy...seriously.

This was my first time staying here and I LOVED the price as well as the Smart TV available in the room. The room was spacious, clean and updated which I appreciated.

The only real issue was the proximity to Sunrise Blvd and the noise from traffic. It was pretty loud at night and so for next time, I know to request a room on the other side of the building

Really liked the included breakfast and, in particular, the woman overseeing it. She was so pleasant and helpful

I called to make reservations and then had to call back to change the arrival date due to a medical appointment and a change from king size bed to 2 queen size beds. Confirming emails were not correct and were confusing. I had to called several times to be sure the reservation was made and correct. I spoke to at least three different people and was not confident the reservation was in place. I called before arriving to be sure and fortunately all was well. From there on everything went well.

I did like the food. The only thing was that there was a lady just standing next to the door just looking at us.

The thing I didn’t like was when I got to the reception they treated me good but I know we’re not in a five star hotel but the people uniform look too ghetto the shirts look way too big. employees and staff need to dress neat and professional that is my honest opinion

The night guest service agent Richy was great .Polite helpfully awesome customer service .My room was clean ! Price wasn't outrageous. Got my deposit back fairly quick all and all no complaints .Breakfast was good as well

The only issue was with water pressure non existent. When checking out I mentioned it to destroy person they said should called they could of came up and fixed it.

We had stayed there before and we were already familiar with it. I like that it has a gym. It’s pet friendly, but you do charge a fee. (Extended Stay America does not.) Decent breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Our past visits were very satisfactory.

The room we got (rm 127) had nasty water seeping up from under the floorboards which we noticed when we got up the next morning. We knew it was nasty when we tried wiping it up with one of the towels. The sliding door did not slide, and some of the slats to the blinds were bent, missing or broken.

This hotel is a favorite of mine and when in the Rancho Cordova area I always try to book rooms here. The staff is so helpful and cheerful. The rooms always clean and comfortable, and have both refrigerator and microwave as well as coffee maker. The hotel also has a pool. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant adjacent to their parking lot - Brookfield Restaurant. Hotel's prices are reasonable and I honestly believe it should be labelled a 3-star.

Noise level. The rooms are not very... "private" or sound proofed. We could hear every tiny noise from the halls. Dogs barking, people talking, doors closing, phones running, couldn't tell if door knocks were our door or someone else's. Not a deal breaker though, minor inconvenience.

I love the staff , they’re always friendly and attentive.

I come to this same La Quinta frequently. Like every weekend. This is the first time the shower just would not get warm like at all. Granted this was during a cold season. Even after staff attempted to adjust the water heater I had to still take a cold shower. I would still return although.
