This is the nicest hotel that I have ever stayed in and I travel frequently for work. I was booked into Le Meridien as I was facilitating a corporate leadership programme at the hotel during the week. I arrived in KL a couple of days earlier and had chosen a hotel nearer the centre in order to be able to explore. Upon arrival at the downtown hotel, I discovered it was so dirty that I could not stay and I decided to come straight to Le Meridien, earlier than booked. It was late at night when I booked into Le Meridien - two days earlier than they expected me - having travelled over 20 hours. I took a Grab taxi to the Le Meridien, when I arrived the taxi driver told me he did not accept cards - and I had no cash. The concierge at Le Meridien was absolutely amazing - he paid the taxi driver, took over, managed the situation and took care of me immediately. Nothing was too much trouble - I was checked in and the extra two days' booking was added to the company booking without any problems - giving me the same corporate rate. The staff were amazing, warm and helpful and could not do enough for me - every request was met and exceeded. They were polite and kind, as well as efficient. The rooms were a very high standard - although the safety bar on my door was broken, which is the only thing I could possibly criticise, and to be fair I did not mention it to them. The hygiene products were great quality and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The food was truly unbelievable - every culture was provided for and the variety and quality of the food was exceptional with several chefs who were making food to order. I was facilitating a corporate leadership programme at the hotel and our every need was met - they looked after us so well. I would highly recommend Le Meridien KL for corporate events and also for solo travellers. I was on my own for the first two days and felt safe, cared for and relaxed. I could not have asked for a better hotel.

Nothing - it was superb

The location is excellent—right next to KL Sentral, making it easy to get around the city. The room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast offered a wide variety of items. The room was well-maintained, and housekeeping (especially Malek) did a fantastic job. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient. The breakfast buffet had a large selection. Check-in was smooth, the staff were polite and attentive, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was stylish and welcoming.

The in-room bottled water didn’t seem securely sealed, the TV channels were outdated, the air conditioning was inconsistent, and the fridge didn’t cool effectively. A more varied breakfast menu from day to day would be great—it was essentially the same items every morning, despite the broad selection.

After trying a couple of private airbnbs and finding the quality and cleanliness unpredictable, I chose to try Le Meridien, which turned out to be a great decision. reliably clean, quite new, quite spacious (the upgrade to the corner room is worth it) and the hotel has really helpfull staff, nice pool, etc. it's central, you arrive to the hotel straight from the airport by train. have absolutely nothing negative to say about my stay and will return if I am ever back in KL

the only thing is that during the weeeknds you cannot get in touch with the reservations department via the booking site, which is puzzling, and inconvenient, as you have to call up, pull up your details etc. never experiences that with any hotel before

Helpful and friendly staff on check in and check out and all aspects of Front office personnel. Nothing was too difficult and complimentary coffee was a bonus. Amenities in the room were of good quality. WE had lunch at Gastro and being a special occasion -staff Nissa and Nik were outstanding, went the extra mile and took care of all the details including a surprise cake and decorated the table with balloons. Thanks Everyone!! Additionally housekeepng was superb and asked if we had any additional needs. Our request of an extra bottle of water was met :)

Good location..v convenient. Staff with v good service attitude..They were v efficient and extended great hospitality.

1. There was a mirror facing our bed from the side..please remove such mirror as it can be quite disturbing to have a mirror facing you when you are sleeping at night. 2. When 1 of us is using the washoom, noise and washroom light from the washroom affected the rest of us who are still sleeping..poor sound proof due to design of sliding washroom door.

We had a very pleasant stay at Le Meridien. Our room was spacious enough to accommodate a crib, and was very quiet despite being close to the central train station. The reception staff went the extra mile to assist me when I forgot my iPhone on a taxi - extremely professional and reliable.

Even though centrally located, you need to hail a taxi to explore the city.

Staff were very attentive and helpful; our room was spacious, with very comfy beds and pillows, a proper kettle, and plenty of bottled water. We didn't get breakfast but we did have a late dinner at the hotel restaurant - the signature sandwich was surprisingly toothsome, and the portion was generous. Location-wise, it's connected to KL Sentral which was very convenient for us, as we had late arrival and very early departure.

Love the breakfast with so many varieties, the swimming pool too awesome, the room premier king was superb and the best part as we enter the hotel, I just love the captivating hotel fragrance in lobby. Brought us to a whole paradise feeling with the smell, I badly wanna know what was the fragrance used :D

Only thing was the shower had a leakage on top, we just could open the normal shower hanged. And tv channels were not much, maybe can enhance more channels. Otherwise, everything was too perfect in this hotel. 5/5 ✨️

Courteous and professional front office staff. Efficient check in and out process. Late check out was offered. Enjoyed the hot tub at swimming pool. Amazing view from room. Rooms and bathroom are clean with modern fittings.

Beds a little soft and sunken for me. The office type swivel chair in room difficult to adjust. A gap is present between the wall and the desk poses a risk should something valuable e.g documents, jewellery slip in and not able to retrieve.

This was a great treat on a trip round Malaysia; it is comparatively pricey for KL, but by UK standards it was an unbelievable bargain. The room was lovely, very comfortable and spacious, free bottled water, lovely toiletries, and a surprise huge balcony and terrace with wonderful city views. The pool and surrounding area are fantastic and the breakfast buffet was very tasty; food in there Bistro was also very nice. The hotel is perfectly located if you are arriving late into KL Central and is directly accessible from the station. There is plenty nearby to explore on foot (try the botanical gardens, butterfly garden and Museum of Islamic Art) and although it is located in an island of main roads, you can just pay 80 cents at the metro counter to use the subway. Everywhere else in KL is easily accessible from the area.
