Compared to other places in Golden Sands, there is much more space at the pool, and in the garden full of large trees. The food is very good and diverse. The outdoor pool is really nice. The animation team was really nice and passionate about their work.

The reception staff kept our original documents during our stay, which i highly doubt is even legal. They charge 20 BGN/day for parking, but there isn't an actual parking. The cars are kept in front of the hotel, and you get blocked by other guests, which they need to call to move their cars so you can leave. The water in the indoor pool was freezing cold, couldn't last more than 5 minutes.

Great location, easy walk to the beach and city center. Staff very friendly and helpful. Large pool wit enough sunbeds and umbrellas. Two bars (lounge and pool) and many areas to relax (game room and terrace). Food diversity and many courses from where to choose. Parking for the car assured (extra cost).

Not a complaint but be aware that you need to pay for the parking (10 euro/night). The hotel is big and might be sometimes crowdy (at the restaurant and at the pool). Rooms can be refurnished in a more modern style. Overall the hotel is great value for money !

The hotel was beautiful and aesthetic, completely new and clean. The pools were excellent, surrounded by trees and shade. The daily schedule was made more lively by the animators' programs. The meals were varied, so everyone could surely find something they liked. The staff was kind and helpful.

Coffee wasn’t available anywhere on the hotel grounds before 8 a.m. The parking was expensive (as it is elsewhere too), and I ended up paying the fee to a guy who didn’t seem trustworthy at all. In fact, he even scammed me out of an extra day. We missed some of the classic dishes we enjoy, like grilled meat or schnitzel, and even the cold cucumber soup we were hoping to try — but unfortunately, we didn’t come across any of these.

Beautiful hotel tucked in amazing greenery. We visited in June and the linden trees had bloomed so it smelled amazing and overall the green areas were impressive from rose garden to lovely lavender by the pool bar all was lovely. Hotel was very comfortable and clean, pools were perfect for a family trip. The kids pool is suitable for over 3 year olds but there were 3 pools to choose from so lots of options if the kids have swimming ring they can go in the adult pool with a person. The pools open at 9 and close at 18. Food is served at best times and is well organised, delicious and lots of choice. Loved the different cuisine nights from pirate evening to Japanese evening. The kids animation was lovely and there was a kids disco every evening at 20:00 for half hour. Rooms were clean and modern, recently refurbished and very comfortable.

The ice cream station was very poorly organised with massive queues and only open 12-15. Coffee served as part of all inclusive was very weak and I didn’t like it. The kids pool got dirty but after quick request they cleaned it to high standard.

The food was very tasty and plenty, lots of varieties, from pork, chicken to deer, shark, tentacles, mussels and salmon. The cakes and coffee could be better.

The room was not as clean as we expected for a 4 stars hotel: insects, no protection for insects ar the window, the windows were very dirty and dust everywhere, some old socks under the bed. The room was very small for a family of three and not like in the images when booking. The beach too far from the hotel.

Stuff was so lovely especially the entertainment! Room was very clean and big with a balcony, quite and bed was comfortable. Hotel was very clean and room service was very lovely.

We was good welcome. Clean , good location, quiet, pools are clean , a lot of sun beds , exciting entertainment every night . I recommend it

The room was very big and extremely clean. at the 2nd floor it was quite chilly and nice for a noon nap. The food was more than sufficient with a great variety and the personell extremely nice.

A bit far from the beach as it was hot outside. Also, the beach in July extremely crowded.
