The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained. Staff were kind and professional. The graffiti-style decoration and open spaces for relaxing and working were a really nice touch. Breakfast was buffet-style and had a decent selection. There was also a large free underground parking, which was very convenient. The fitness centre was amazing - well equipped, spacious, and clean.

The hotel is quite far from the beach, city centre, and malls - you need a taxi for almost everything. The coworking room was small, often full, and not included in the room price, which was surprising for a hotel targeting digital nomads.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in all areas! It felt new, clean, and had a fun vibe to it! We really appreciated the underground parking -- there was always room for our car and we didn't have to worry about it! The included breakfast was surprisingly good! Be sure to ask for an omlette at the bar, as they do make them fresh for you. And then there are the typical cereals, croissants, toast, cucumbers, tomatoes etc. We also ordered the beef burger at the restaurant which was really tasty (a little expensive, but really good - worth the money!) Our flight from Varna didn't leave until 10pm -- and the hotel was VERY accommodating in allowing us a later checkout. After we checked out, they even allowed us to leave our car in the carpark while we went across the road for supper. All in all -- the best part of this hotel is the staff! Seriously, they all went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

I would have loved a bigger restaurant menu for dinner - but I understand they are just starting the restaurant up. That's the only thing I would change!

I liked the overall concept. The Co-working and open plan reception area made me feel very comfortable. I used the Gym as well and found it was excellent with all the latest equipment. The hotel is relatively new and the room was clean with a lovely view over the city

The hotel offers a stunning view, is beautifully and modernly decorated, and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was rich and plentiful. The staff are extremely attentive and friendly, I even received table service for pancakes from a lovely young lady after I had just asked if there might be more coming out. She brought them over with a smile, saying she wanted to make sure I got some before they disappeared again. Thank you so much for the thoughtful gesture!

A small remark would be the unpleasant smell in the bathroom, most likely coming from the drain.

Nice minimalistic rooms with a great city view acompanied by huge windows in a modern tower. Very okey breakfast(cheese ,different kind of eggs,olive and pastries available). Easy to access parking. Smart Tv which you can watch youtube.

The bedsheets are not fully cotton so the cheap nylon bed sheets makes you feel electrified. Coffee and tea at breakfast are below average , better not to drink. Soap at toilet from the bottom of the shelve but the showergel/hair shampoo is a good one.

The hotel is new and clean. Personnel is helpful and private parking is available, a great benefit for a car traveller like me.

The breakfast was good, the gym was great and the rooms were okay but not very spacious. The location is decent and I liked the lobby/room floor designs on the walls and sitting areas, very creative and inviting.

Our original rooms had a bad smell coming from the entrance and the toilets and we had to switch rooms, but the new room had no issues. Some areas in the hotel like the elevators had exposed ceiling/piping and wasn't the best looking.

The view from the 13th floor was spectacular. I sat by the windows for hours just to enjoy the view. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The restaurant wasn't open yet but the location offers several good places toe at in a walking distance.

The water pressure was insufficient but that could be because of the floor we were at. If you like me like to sleep with the window open I suggest bringing in ear plugs as the traffic is rather intense.
