We visited from the UK and this was by far the best hotel of our trip. We almost missed out due to a cancelled flight, but the lodge kindly moved our booking to the next night at no extra charge — an amazing gesture that set the tone for the whole experience. The location is honestly out of this world. The drive from Moab to the lodge (about 15 minutes) was one of the most breathtaking we’ve ever done — towering red cliffs, winding river, absolutely unreal views. Even before we arrived, we were blown away. Check-in was warm and friendly — we were greeted with homemade cookies and helpful info about the lodge and the nearby national parks. Our cabin was spotless, fully equipped, and we could park right outside which made everything so convenient. But the balcony and view stole the show. Looking out over the Colorado River with those dramatic cliffs rising all around — we genuinely spent hours just sitting out there in awe. It’s hard to describe how peaceful and beautiful it is, but it was unforgettable. Didn’t try the breakfast but I grabbed a takeaway coffee and, as with everything else, the staff were lovely. If you’re staying in Moab, this place is a must. The setting is like nothing else.

Loved that the property was away from the touristy area of Moab. It was beautifully situated on the Colorado River about 25 minutes from the main entrance to Arches and the town center. The rooms were recently updated, clean and comfortable.

I chose this hotel partially because it had a restaurant and bar on property that was supposed to be open March 1, but was still not open as of my stay starting May 3. They have a makeshift area serving sandwiches instead. The room had a kitchen but zero cups, plates silverware which was really odd. The pool and gym really need to be updated - they look outdated and dirty. Overall it’s a hotel in transition and I would have appreciated a heads up about it before my stay.

This property is beautiful, peaceful, and so relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We had been to this property 14 years ago, it was a nice surprise to see there was a winery, a place with great bbq, and a western museum that was fabulous. Unfortunately the bbq and museum were closed for renovation, and the winery has been gone for about 4 years. The website said nothing about this, so we went expecting all of the amenities and none were open. Bad timing for our trip but I would suggest updating the website to explain the changes. All that said once the renovations are done it will be gorgeous. I would highly recommend!

The view here is amazing! We had a cabin, and it was clean and comfortable with a porch looking at the river. I would recommend if you are wanting to go to a store or do something in town, do it before you head out. It's a good 30 minute drive, but beautiful the whole way.

Just a heads-up, we didn't have cell service or internet. However, their wi-fi was good and we were able to make wi-fi calls. Also, I didn't see that there was a parking fee that was charged after we left. Again not a complaint, just FYI.

Location was amazing! Really felt like I was enveloped by the natural beauty Breakfast buffet was great. View great. Housekeeping staff kept everything perfect. All staff helpful and accommodating . Loved the Colorado in my backyard. Had dinner one night and service was great. Food was creative and healthy.

Locks did not work on doors. Deadbolt on front door and lock on deck door. Told front desk but was not repaired during our stay. Very safe place. Maybe mentality is not to worry about locked doors. Fan in one of the bedrooms not secure. Wobbled. We did not use.

Remarkable location! Watching the Colorado flow and gorgeous sunrise and sunsets from our lanai was so special. Very comfortable bedding and lovely unit. Very clean. Pool has a beautiful view.

We were NOT NOTIFIED that the restaurant with a lovely view and menu was closed! They had a makeshift one set up with a limited menu, no beer or wine and no view. We had to change our plans since it’s 15 minutes into Moab town. Couldn’t get a pool towel.

The view was incredible with the cabin nestled between the canyon walls and right along the Colorado river. The beds were very comfortable and we had a great night sleep. We felt very safe leaving some of our luggage in the car. Everything was clean. We loved that you could see the stars right from the back porch. We will definitely be here again!

Because it is the off season, there aren't many food options open. We had to drive into downtown Moab. Not a big deal, just poor planning on our part.

Location is amazing. Property is well maintained and upgraded compared to other Ranch/Lodge resorts we have stayed at. Stayed during the fall/winter months and not all services were provided as in the summer months. Would return in summer and fall/ winter Take a horse back trail ride, even though it’s a shorter path than in the summer it’s amazing ranch style ride (not on a manicured trail)

With reduced services as advertised on the website I would like to have scene a reduction in daily resort fee of $50.

Everything was outstanding - it was expensive. Expectations were high since the price was so high and my expectations were met. It was a special trip so I splurged. It was wonderful.

I feel like I'm nitpicking now but internet was bad - that wasn't why we were there; but not having decent internet and being so far away from town - we couldn't pull up things in town we wanted to...had to wait until we actually got into town to do so. BUT, we stayed that far out for the peace and quiet. And as much as I adored sitting out on the porch - the patio furniture was quite hard on the butt. If there had been cushioned patio furniture, I would have spent alot of time enjoying the scenery I came for. That was probably the biggest thing I didn't like.

location is perfect. I felt safe walking a little ways away from the room toward the river in the dark to really be able to stargaze. The room has a nice layout to enjoy the river view from bed and kitchen area.

No kettle to heat water! I travel with my own coffee and french press and was sad I had no way to use it. Also, there are dishes provided in the little kitchenette, but no soap to wash dishes. This place could be really wonderful if it just upped the kitchen amenities a bit.
