Lovely landscaping, clean property, quiet backyard with deck, delicious breakfast. Accommodated dietary restrictions really well (celiac). Location was great for getting in a good 15-20 min walk to town through pretty neighborhoods.

The one thing that comes to mind is the aroma from a plug-in that was bothersome to us. In all fairness, we did not mention it when we were on site. It would not keep us from returning and I would probably say something if it was an issue. The owners were so accommodating.

Great location. Easy walk or bike ride to downtown. The house and grounds are meticulously maintained. The house is in a very quiet area and there’s a great deck outside to chill out and have a glass of wine. The breakfast was homemade and exceptionally good.

The room was just a little warm for our tastes, but I’m sure they would’ve made adjustments had we asked. We simply opened a window and it was fine.

Nice old style property about a 15 minute walk into Niagara on the Lake and 30 minute drive from Niagara Falls. Breakfasts were freshly cooked with fruit & yoghurt to start. Nice bread, & jams with proper butter. Guest fridge on the 1st floor with tea & coffee making facilities, complimentary water & soft drinks which was a nice touch.

Abacot Hall is a very well maintained property well located at the entrance to the historic district of Niagara on the Lake. NOL is one of the prettiest towns in Canada with many attractions. Our room at Abacot Hall was very comfortable and the hospitality offered was incomparable. Breakfasts are a pleasure.

We loved the Albacott and look forward to staying there again sometime. The owners are so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and cozy. We especially loved hanging on the back deck overlooking the beautiful yard. Very quiet. Parking available. No problem. Breakfast was wonderful. About a 15 minute hike to Queen St if you don't want to drive and park. We loved The Sandtrap restaurant and pub that was Very close, inexpensive and casual. Food and atmosphere was great. It was about a 2 block walk without having to go into town and pay tourist prices. We look forward to another stay at the Albacott!

Allen and Jackie are wonderful hosts and the property is lovely. We had a wonderful time on NOTL! Some of the positive aspects include that the owners are friendly and accommodating, the breakfasts are excellent, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It is a 20 minute walk to the city center of NOTL, so if your plan is to go to restaurants and walk in the city center every day, you need to be aware of that.

Allen and Jackie and Father & Mother of Jackie so, so nice! Very accommodating. The breakfast was great/delicious. The smily faces on the pancakes so cute. Location was great, you can walk down to the water and Queen St. The porch was comfortable and peaceful. Beds comfortable, room super clean, TV so many channels. You might even met some nice people staying at the

The best thing was Allen and Hackies hospitality. They were willing to give assistance with all of our needs and they were cheerful and helpful at all times.

The hot water took a long time to come out of the tap and it seemed like a lot of water was being wasted. This from guests who live in a country where water is most precious. Possibly not an issue at NOTL.

It was situated near the old town. Very charming, well maintained grounds. Wonderful rooms. Excellent breakfast menu. But best of all Allen, Jackie and her parents. They are very warm and welcoming and cannot do enough for you. They made a very enjoyable stay extra special. Thank you . Best place in Town. Hope to be back,

Quirky, spotless clean. Spacious well equipped room. Very comfy bed. Space to sit outside to relax and enjoy the garden. Walking distance to old town and local attractions.

Abacot Hall is the perfect stay for a lovely relaxing trip to Niagara on the lake. Our bed was so comfy, and we enjoyed the complimentary tea/coffee and cold drinks in the fridge. It was lovely to sit out on the balcony with a drink. Allen and his family are so friendly, and breakfast is delicious - our favourite part of our stay! :)
