The staff, especially Caleb, was AMAZING. So was the front desk girl (I forget her name, sorry). The hot breakfast was AMAZING also and always hot, always stocked, and you could smell it cooking from one end of the hotel to the other! I'll definitely come back. Fresh cookies fault and ice cold complimentary water always available. Gym on the 1st floor. Sound proof walls REALLY worked. ❤️

The beds were SO high that I had to climb up via the chair next to it (I'm 5"2'). That was so hard on my back. The only other thing I had an issue with was that the microwave didn't work correctly.

Hotel staff Caleb/Kaleb is a cool guy! Hotel is in a good quiet area, and not too far from places if you were to travel around Conover/Hickory/Newton area.

Some other guests were a tad bit loud, and kids would be running up and down the hall. I guess you can't help it.

Very clean hotel. The staff was amazing! Especially a gentleman at the front desk (I didn’t get his name) he made sure each day to provide free fresh baked cookies and was just overall pleasant! The breakfast was outstanding and room service was prompt and polite

Our room, with a king-size bed, was spacious and well equipped. The decor was comfortable and utilitarian. The self-service breakfast choices were generous and appealing.

The waste stream for breakfast tableware could have been communicated more effectively.

Seemed like loud neighbors with door slamming problems, but I don't think you can really help that.

The first night the bed fame squeeked every time we moved. The staff was gracious and changed our room and we were much more comfortable the second night. Thank you

We loved the breakfast, pool and size of the room. The staff was super helpful and friendly.

Booking.com downgraded our room from a suite to a basic room without the space or pullout couch, without notifying me and so charged me for a suite. We got to the hotel and they didn’t have a suite available for us, and reservation was only for a 2 Queen bedroom. Thankfully another customer didn’t need his suite and changed rooms to allow us to have a suite. I well not be using booking.com again.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. And the coffee was good.

We had requested a room with a king size bed on 1st floor away from elevator. We received confirmation email that the hotel could fill that request, but when we got there, they said no they couldn't and that booking.com should not have sent us that email saying they could. We were put on the third floor.

Location was great near the Rock Barn Spa my destination for a day. Great parking I felt very safe being a solo traveler.
