Great location. It’s about 8-9 minutes from the Keikyu Kamata station and 4-5 minutes from the Keikyu Kojia station by foot. The train ride to Haneda airport is about 10 minutes. You can hear trains from this property but we didn’t find it disturbing. The property itself was very clean and quiet. It’s spacious and had everything we needed. It can easily sleep 5 and more if needed. There is parking in the back that you can pay for. There are many stores nearby so anything you need is easy to get.

Everything about the property is perfect for our trip. Very near to 2 train stations. From Haneda, it is about 3-4 stations away and walk 4-5 mins in a quiet neighborhood with Family mart, 7-11, and Lawson along the way. At the Kamata Station, there is Wings Kitchen, a bigger supermarket, where we buy cooked food in bento box, sushi sashimi, snacks, pharmacy, etc. We went to Yokohama which is about 15 mins from Kamata Station by express train. We booked an express bus from Haneda Airport to Disney Sea which is very convenient. Going back from Disney Sea, we took the express bus to Yokohama Station since we stayed until after the fireworks instead of taking the last express bus to Haneda at 7:30PM. Going to Tokyo by train takes about 45 minutes, which is ok for us as the station is just a short walk. Going to Kawaguchiko Lake to see Mt Fuji, we took an express bus from Shinjuku Station. If there is an express bus from Yokohama Station or Haneda Airport, it will be more convenient and one should google it. The unit is well appointed. Big unit, 2 bedrooms, clean, with strong Wi-Fi, shower is great, bidet in the toilet, air con and a complete kitchenette. The only thing is that the TV has only Japanese channels. Noise from the passing train doesn’t bother us since we were out most of the time and come back late at night. Also very strict checkout time at 10AM. Value for money.

The place is very near to Haneda Station and Train Station. It does take 45 mins to reach the city center but since we were in no rush it doesn't matter to us. There is 7/11, family mart and a big supermarket in front of the station. The left side of the stations are local shops and restaurant.s.

Getting into the building for the first time is a little complicated. Many guests waited for others to come out and ask for instructions. The best floor to stay is the 2nd and 3rd floor as you will not be affected by the noise from the train so much. I think it will be good if there are big signage about not making noise after 8pm. So guests make very loud noise untill midnight. Please consider putting some noise protection on the chair legs. The room has wooden flooring, and when you more the chair around, its very noisy.

These apartments are spacious and well laid out for a big group. The trade off was location but we enjoyed being in a smaller, more charming neighborhood. The location is far from central parts of Tokyo but the KK line always had an express that made it pretty quick. We didn't have any issues with it.

People have mentioned the noise of the train at night. We are all from urban cities so it didn't bother us as much. I'd say bring ear plugs for those who are sensitive to noise. We all slept fine.

Very close to 2 train stations, great for relaxation. Very fashionable apartment, made our trip great because it was spacious and meant you could also enjoy spending time indoors if need be.

Yes, there are train noises. We stayed on the top floor and you could hear them up until 1am and it would start back up again at around 5am. Highly recommend getting some silicon earplugs for sleeping.

The apartment is in a convenient location in South Tokyo, close to Haneda Airport and only a few minutes away from the train station. It was very spacious and clean. It was easy to check in and out.

A few simple things could have made it better, for example having coasters, extra towels and towel racks in the bathroom, and basic spices for cooking. We could hear the train but it wasn't terrible. Ear plugs are recommended.

A well-appointed spacious apartment, in a convenient location. A lift to the upper floors, and lots of home comforts for a longer stay. Would we stay there again? Yes, we would.

Sure, like everyone else has said, there is a lot of noise from the adjacent railway (noting that there are track points right outside the apartment, so lots of clickety-clack and vibration). This is the compromise for this apartment; good value and in a good location (handy for shops, 3 train stations, on a quiet street), spacious and separate bedrooms. So... plan ahead. Take ear plugs and eye masks. If it gets too much (which it did for me), you can decamp onto the sofa bed in the living room... this is at the rear of the building, so less affected by the train noise. Be ready, be prepared, and enjoy the positives.

Location A+,Location close to train station. Room is a A ,Room have enough space, great furniture set in the living room. services is A-, they usually respond to you around 12 to 2 pm. Price value is a S, a 4 man suitable place in Tokyo with kitchen and living room is no other I will say, Great value

The trash can man, I can't figure out how you can classify into 4 category of trash when there is only two trash can labeled to use. Also a drying machine would be nice , but that will be a bonus worth more money into the rent. So, just the trash can. please give us two more trash can for kitchen waste and plastic waste(non combustible）.

Check-in is automated. Very spacious for three adults with a nice big living/dining/kitchen area. Parking lot right next door. Public transportation just five minutes away by foot. There is also a washing machine, great for our longer stay

Do not recommend for early/light sleepers. Before midnight, you can hear trains passing by. Paid parking (max JPY900 p/day).
