The Dinner, Breakfast, and Lunch was highly commendable ! Good food and the staff very friendly. The Hotel rooms were very clean and well furnished. The staff all round always willing to help with a smile. Well done and keep it up!

More activities needed, as at night the place becomes very quiet. The bar was a bit out of place as need the bar near the main area and a full stocked Bar! The sea food specialty restaurant wasn't great, can do with a bigger choice!

Just the right location for a restful break with family and friends. Lots to do on site, plus the backwaters houseboat trip was fantastic! The hotel also organises a sunset cruise every evening for all the guests. The food was excellent, and all the staff extremely polite and helpful. I would definitely like to return again.

The resort is well designed, not compact , and there is plenty of room to walk around. The staff are very helpful and professional 👏

Too much mosquito and fly insects are really enoying and impossible to sit and enjoy outside during the night 😒 😑

Beautifully situated on a Lake Vembanad, the Presidential pool villas are superb. Although the weather is obviously hot, the wind coming off the lake makes it very pleasant. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and we thoroughly enjoyed ten days and nights just relaxing. The food was good and plentiful in the Lime Tree Restaurant. Very professional but friendly staff.

The Laguna Bass restaurant was spoilt by lack of ambiance and a very noisy extractor and should be rethought. The Bar is too big and not very cosy (bright lights and TV). unfortunately the Maya Spa wasn’t able to offer the Western treatments offered but Dr Alvin and his Team were very helpful trying to sort something out.

this property has a wonderful ambience and the location is superb. The views from our room and all of the facilities is of the glorious lagoon with the lake beyond. There’s a wonderful restaurant, very nice work out facility and thriving Ayurvedic spa treatment area. There’s also a happy hour from 5 to 7 which is very good value in a lovely bar overlooking the lake.

Not meaning to be tooooo picky but this resort definitely needs some TLC. The rooms are beautiful but they’re a tiny bit rundown and need a facelift in general. It was built 19 years ago and the wrinkles are beginning to show. There is humidity in this part of India so it probably is very difficult to prevent slight signs of wear.

The staff were very welcoming. We all loved their hospitality, professionalism and courteous nature. The breakfast buffet, and dinner buffet were amazing. Upon coming to know that we were celebrating my mother's birthday, they graciously offered a cake which we accepted. The dal makhni and mutton railway in the dinner buffet were top class.

The pool needs renovation. A five star property pool should be way better.

Zuri Kumarakom provided a great vacation stay for the extended family. With 6 adults and 5 kids, all enjoyed the place alike. The staff and their hospitality is the place’s best feature. Rooms are spacious and are well equipped for a family, with all amenities. The Restaurant is great , with delicious cuisines.

Swimming Pool is in dire need of attention and maintenance, to make it more enjoyable for the families.

The staff were excellent, food was exceptional and the room was good.

The refrigerator in the room never worked during our stay, this resulted in us having to keep our insulin injections in the kitchen refrigerator. Please do get the refrigerator replaced. The dining area staff did help us with our insulin injection.

The property is spread out and offers a lot of peaceful and private corners. The rooms are beautiful and the spa is one of the best I have been to. The variety of food is also good and the ala carte options are even better. The property has suffered the downturn from the pandemic and there are corners that need refurbishing and updates. That is I guess, to be expected. Some additional counter space in the washrooms would be nice and the property should look at cleaning the lagoon more often. But otherwise nothing to complain about.

There were a couple of stray plastic bottles in the lagoon which were an eye sore in a property which was otherwise so beautiful. Some parts of it still needs repairs after Covid but I am sure they will eventually get to it.

The location was good and the spread of the resort was nice. Generally the staff were well mannered and happy to help. Food was also good

Services were a bit slow and time taking. There was also some confusion while checking in regarding rooms booked on Booking.com and the room allotted. Hence family were given rooms not near by. Some of the in room amenities in certain rooms were also not in perfect shape and working condition
