Great location. Breakfast was decent. The amount we paid for our stay made it value for money. Room was okay, good size and with comfortable mattress, Room cleaned daily with change of towels if needed. Staff friendly.

Hot water used up after one shower, remainder was luke warm. Pillows need renewed, very lumpy. One of the pool areas was getting work done on it so was out of use, which we were not advised about when booking. This did not impact enjoying the sun apart from the noise. Do not think this merits being a 4 star hotel although it has the basis to be one.

Comfortable apartment with fridge and air con switched to heat for winter! On the outskirts of Luz with picturesque scenery. Close to 30 minute, half hourly weekday bus service to Lagos! Maid service and instant hot water!

Some reviewers have commented lack of tea making facilities. Not a problem if you bring s travel kettle and mug! The developer missed a trick by not including a stove, as the apartment is big enough for it to have been installed. I would have scored higher if it had been, but not deterred, as l keep extending!

Organised Albeit bad weather

Been many times b4 Didn't get there breakfast. Because always just warm Mostly cold. But good choices. Probably been there 7 times over the past few years And always complain about the temperature of food. Nothing ever changed. So opted out.

Location was amazing, close to the beach, lots of sun in the room and a swimming pool across the yard. The staff was so nice, Vincius was a dream. The bed was comfy and the soap smelled extremely nice.

Sadly wifi was bad, pillows were not very comfy and the direction on booking was nonexistent, please inform guests of the appropriate name, despite this I would still suggest it to everyone. Thank you for a good experience!

The furniture is quite dated but everything is very functional, the size of the room was good and the balcony was lovely. Nice big bathroom as well. In November, the resort is pretty deserted so it felt like we had the place to ourselves. Most of the shared amenities like pool (open but unheated so unless you're going for an ice-bath, not an option), sauna, etc. are not operational in the winter, but for the price, it's totally fine.

Avoid the bar/restaurant. We had two regular coffees and it cost 6eu - do yourself a favor and get coffee somewhere else.

Very professional and polite staff, especially at the reception, possible to check-in 24h, nice pool area, spacious room and bathroom, immediately hot shower, excellent quality of toiletieres, good breakfast, high level of cleanless, good wi-fi, they provide big towels for the pool.

No sign of the name of hotel, in the room there is no glasses neither coffee cups, no kettle, no complimentaries, safety box is malfunctioned.

I really loved the hotel ! The room was clean, the swimming pool was nice and the hotel was close to the beach. The breakfast was really nice too ! The employees were very nice, the employees were very friendly, especially the receptionist. he was very gentle, respectful and charming. (by the way I leave my Instagram: @anasbnsss because I didn't have the courage to do it in real life haha). I recommend this hotel!

We've stayed three times and plan to go back. There's a full buffet breakfast and you can walk to the beach in 3 minutes. The facility is older, hence the great location. Generally everything is kept up.

Nice location and view of the bedroom. Very nice balcony for end of the day drinks and snacks! The staff was amazing! (Special thanks to the Brazilian guy that does night shifts, he was very friendly and helpful). Quick walk to the beach, nice wifi and parking spots). Lots of entertainment options.

The hotel is not identified by the same name it is at booking. It is called "Hotel Luz Bay" . We had trouble finding it. I identified by the building photos.

Gorgeous property. Lounge chairs and comfortable seating area around the pool. Well landscaped. Wish we could’ve used tennis courts but ran out of time. Large room with lots of places to sit and relax
