The size of apartment and sound proofing was great. Quite location just a walk away from the promenade. Breakfast was never crowded and nice food. controlled access to gated property made it seem very secure. Washing machine facility in apartment. Nespresso coffee machine.

The underground parking was generally good. Spaces are allocated to apartment numbers. Unfortunately, our space was very awkward to get in and out of, asthe adjoining space always full and the support pillars making it impossible to get straight in and out.

Accommodation is excellent standard and kept very clean by housekeeping services during our stay. Staff all v friendly and willing to help. Pool areas were clean and beds readily available.

The apartment itself could do with feeling a little more loved - it’s very bare but I suppose if it’s only being let directly by Estrela then perhaps it’s not one that’s owned and loved in same way as I have previously had. Breakfast was included and is OK - but just OK - I think with some imagination it could be really super and a more vibrant start to the day. Pool lovely but some of the loungers beginning to look a little tired now I think.

Beautiful hotel in a really good location. I had a one bed studio apartment in the newer side of the resort. It was absolutely fabulous. Really well equipped kitchen and very cosy bed. Shower was amazing. Very clean and comfortable. Facilities in the hotel are excellent. Lovely indoor and outdoor pools.

Breakfast could be a lot better. I would have liked a better choice of cereals and more fruit. The hotel is so lovely and deserves to be a four star however the breakfast is not four star quality. The fresh bread was nice!

Our apartment was immaculately clean on arrival. Cleaners also came twice during our stay. Equipped with everything you need. Nice balcony. Black out shutters were a nice feature. Friendly staff. Good breakfast which gets topped up regularly during busy times. Separate kids pool area and short walk to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely stay again

Hard to fault anything. We had a ground floor apartment and there were some ants one day. Minor issue.

Clean, luxurious, spacious apartment with excellent facilities, regularly cleaned to a high standard. Complimentary water, nespresso and milk provided. 4 balconies, some with lovely sea views. Great breakfast, very professional staff. Handy location for beach, restaurants and shops. Would stay there again.

The apartment we stayed in was beautifully decorated, it was very clean and kitchen was well stocked and clean. The pools looked clean, I only used the inside pool as the weather was cool. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained. The restaurants Chiccas was excellent. Breakfast was good but not excellent The garage entrance is difficult to enter as its so tight. Staff friendly and helpful, it was a good stay.

Lovely hotel, really nicely maintained grounds, breakfast was particularly good with lots of choice and friendly staff. Pools were nice and good to have an adults pool and family pool. Apartment was spacious.

Layout is a bit odd - had to walk through the garage to get to the pools and restaurant - not a big problem.

The property is very well maintained and only 6 mins walk to the beach. The welcome at reception was the gold standard - so friendly and helpful. The free massage was a lovely touch. Apartment is spacious and well-equipped. Beds and pillows are comfortable. The 3 pools are clean and offer plenty of shade. Gardens and buildings are well maintained. Breakfast was good and fresh fruit was outstanding!

The breakfast welcome was very poor - a smile costs nothing! The coffee machines at breakfast are terrible and need upgrading. There were many young kids using the adult pool, splashing and playing with balls etc.

The hotel had lovely facilities, with a large selection of swimming pools. We really liked how there was a separate adult only pool. All the staff were very efficient and the breakfast in the morning was brilliant! Would definitely return.

The only negative would be the bed being two single beds pushed together to create a queen bed, instead of a proper double bed.

Breakfast was absolutely lovely with lots of choice and attentive staff. Very happy we chose that option for us.

When we arrived it was raining and dark. We were told how to get to our block but it's through what they call a garage which is through a path. We couldn't see this path so we ended walking around in the rain. Then when we got to our door our cards wouldn't work!! This was the only issue we encountered and it was only an issue for that moment.
