We stayed 5 nights while visiting Yellowstone National Park. It was nice to have a homey place to return to each night. We brought our own food so we cooked in the room. Nice full size refrigerator to store all of our food. We grilled steaks on the grill one night, used the hotplate & microwave to cook meals. The location was quiet and at the edge of town. This was in May so we heated the room with the gas fireplace, that was set on the thermostat which was nice and quite, instead of the wall heater that came on in the night to wake us up. Laundry facilities were nice to have also.

We could have had a few more kitchen items to cook with, there was no handicap type handle in the shower/spa to use. TV was slow or maybe the internet for it so we used our own tablets and phones.

AMAZING ROOMS!! they were very clean, not cluttered, and the log atmosphere was incredible craftsmanship. LOVED the fire place in both the bedroom/living area & in the bathroom! Super cool idea! I would recommend having more towels, one for each guest is just not enough. I haven't had such a peaceful sleep traveling before, the bed was so comfortable and the pillows amazingly were as well.

Need to provide more towels in the rooms. For the type of recreation that is done in West Yellowstone with snow & sun, I'd highly recommend putting hooks for hanging coats, etc right when you walk in the door before the bathroom door. It'd help immensely with your floors & keeping things tidy. Also, please mention in your listing that the hot tub is at a central location, not in the room. Its a jetted tub, big difference.

One private bedroom with queen bed and attached large bathroom, two other queen beds at end of living area. Adequate privacy for the 3 of us. Cathedral ceilings. Very nice kitchen and dining area (room for 6 at the table) Loved the warm rustic log cabins (with fireplace!) We had the largest floor plan available, on the second floor (#23). Can walk easily to downtown, stores, restaurants and Wolf/Grizzly Center. Great staff, very helpful and pleasant. Very short drive to West entrance of Yellowstone National Park.

The first night we arrived, we stayed in a big cabin and was beautiful but not what I booked. The next morning, I talked to the front desk, and we got moved to a cabin with a stove and smelled like gas, and got moved to a third cabin. This was the cabin for the rest of the trip. The first cabin was bigger than the kitchenette. The third cabin did have two beds.

The lack of water pressure in the cabins. I did request flowers, scented candles, hiking trail information, and date night information. With special requests and was not provided with any.

Extremely clean. Good bed. Large bathroom. While this is an older property (older wall paint, the floor is a bit uneven), the cabin is very comfortable and cared for. There was not a speck of dust to be found. I was very pleasantly surprised, as this property was much cheaper than another accommodation we had booked first. While it is an older property, it was very good value for the money in West Yellowstone. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Could maybe have an ice maker that can be accessed (the lady at the reception was happy to give us ice, but it would be nice not to have to bother her for this). Minor detail.

This was a mostly great experience. The room was comfortable and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. The little extras (games to check out, small convenience store for snacks and other necessities) made a big difference. TV & Wi-Fi were excellent and helpful after long days in Yellowstone. We didn't find the energy to visit the common area but it sounded nice. I'd stay here again.

*BUT* - big glaring issue is I decided to stay here despite the price that would normally be out of my range because the pictures showed a full kitchen. I figured I could offset the cost by having breakfast and dinner in. There was nothing more than the typical hotel fridge in our room. This was very disappointing. Not the room or the people working there's fault and I'd probably still stay again, we liked it a lot, but when you're expecting something and it isn't available there's a letdown.

Check in went very well with a very friendly and courteous staff. They were able to answer all our questions concerning our stay and the local area.

I didn't like that there was not a fridge or microwave in our cabin. There is a common room that was directly across from our cabin that had a microwave, but it would be very nice to not have to walk back and forth to use it.

We stayed in a family studio type apartment with 3 queen beds, one of which was in a private room. We had a full sized refrigerator, microwave, sink and table that seated 6. There was a sofa and 2 comfy chairs. The location is very convenient to the West Yellowstone entrance.

We had to haul our luggage up a rather steep flight our stairs. The wifi password on the back of one key was misspelled so my husband was a little frustrated he could not access wifi. To use the hot tub you have to remove the heavy cover yourself and the jets only run for about 10 minutes before shutting off.

We loved having our own separate cabin and the jetted tub was amazing! It was within walking distance for food and shopping. The front desk receptionist was amazing when we checked in.

The only complaint is the bed was not very comfy. One side felt like it would slope downward. We couldn't get a good night sleep. My boyfriend could hardly sleep while we were there and we would wake up with sore backs.

This property was exactly what we expected. We wanted the log cabin experience and that’s what we got. We arrived in the “off season” and most of the town was closed and there was plenty of snow. The fire in this room made it super cosy. The staff member checking us in was new but super helpful and more than happy to share local information with us. The outdoor jacuzzi in the snow was an unexpected delight.

There wasn’t anything to dislike here. The TV was a bit old but that’s not an issue.
