Location and facilities

Response was bad. We told them that one of the beds seemed to be broken, but no response at all. We stayed for 4 nights, and no one came for cleaning or removing trash or providing water bottles.

The only reason I chose this propery was because it's location. I needed a place close to the airport so I wouldnt be stuck in traffic in the morning trying to catch my fight.This worked out well, the place is located close to the airport and close to the highway from where i easily caught a taxi to the centre of Istanbul. i even managed to get back by public transport. The appartment was fine, and as a bonus it had a nice swimming pool downstairs. But it is gender seperated, so if you only stay one night, you might be lucky if it happens to be women or men's day. The price for the 2 night stay was very reasonable.

The communication with the hosts. When I arrived, there was no one at reception, only after trying several times to call them on whatsapp, I finally got a message that the key was in the postbox. It took me a while to figure out what floor the appt was on, ( the 8th floor) and that there are 2 elevators in the building, one of which only goes up to the 7th floor and one at the other side of the building entrance to all the top floors. I wasted a lot of time on this. Also you must realize it is a residential building; not a tourist faciity, a few appartments are rented out to tourists, the majority are occupied by long term residents. luckily there is supermarket around the corner.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this amazing apartment and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Not only was the apartment clean and spacious, but it was also well-equipped with everything I needed during my stay. I would also like to give a special shoutout to Aziz and Ali, two of the receptionists who made my stay even more enjoyable. Unlike many other receptionists in the reception, Aziz and Ali were able to speak English fluently and were always available to assist me with any questions or concerns. The flats are fantastic and very clean, each flat has the essentials, of course still some items are missing but this is a personel choice 😅 the staff was very nice and helpful in general, some of the staff however need to learn a better communication skills

We did not like that the swimming pool is not allowed for kids everyday, when we made our booking we asked if the kids are allowed everyday in the swimming pool and they said yes, but when we arrived it turns out that even kids will follow the male/female segregation meaning that the boys are allowed on the men's day and girls are allowed in women's day, and it cause us some unpleasent feelings because the kids want to play together, and to be fair sometimes they allow all kids depends on whether the pool is busy or not, but most of the days it was not allowed, which was an issue for us

The hotel is located in a neighbourhood close to the Istanbul airport and is far from the city centre. This has some positive sides as the neighbourhood is quiet and you have access to different parts of the city via highways. The apartments were spacious enough. In some apartments you have ensuite. There is a swimming pool and gym. It has a private car park in the basement. There are two supermarkets next to the hotel (File and A.101) and other supermarkets less than 5 minute's drive (e.g. happy market).

The kitchenware was incomplete. Although you can ask the front desk for anything you need and they provide it to you, it is not comfortable if you have a long list of what you need. The hotel is newly built (less than 5 years I guess), however, I think it should be maintained better. We had noisy ventilators in most bathrooms. It is a trivial thing to fix and it can improve the guest's satisfaction.

We rented 3 apartments and had a great family gathering at this place. The staff are very helpful. Yahya, Mustafa, Duaa, and others were super professional to interact with clients. The apartments are super clean, and quiet. There is a grocery store nearby (2 min walk). The pool and gym are clean and professionally managed. I highly recommend this place for family gatherings and staying in Istanbul.

The location is a bit far from attractive places. Next time, I rent a car to facilitate the commute.

The room is big and clean. Staff always reply us via WhatsApp. There were some cats walking around on the balcony at night which were so cute. If you like cats, you must choose this hotel!!! Those cats are friendly and hope for love. They like to play with us. They are adorable. I played with them all night. So happy. Also, the WiFi is fast!!

The sink in the toilet was suck. Water flows very slowly.

The apartment was very clean and nice rooms, everything was perfect and all essential were included, you feel very safe with 24h security and the reciption team was very helpful eventhough they struggle with English sometimes but they will try their best to support 👍🏼

The location was not good, far away from everything, few shops are available nearby, and they close very early, so if you arrive after 9pm most likely you will not be able to get what you need like food or drinks, but again the staff was very helpful to help with ordering

1. The host: the host is very friendly, very helpful. help us with luggage, advise, and even lend me TRY as i can't find place to buy TRY with EUR 2. the room: very big, the terrance is incredible nice.

1. Kitchen: would be good to have cooking oil, pepper and salt, oven glove, and the stuff for cleaning 2. Toilet: the fan is very noisy

it’s very spacious, very comfortable bed, equipped with necessary staff

clean but not in every corner. The main thing is curtains (there is no blackouts), hard to sleep. And please be aware that location is in the middle of nowhere: one good supermarket just around the corner, one cafe and that’s it
