The room was large and convenient with beautiful windows and a modern bathroom. The location was good as it was near grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. Our room was not on the main street but, if it were, the stay may have been less pleasant. The breakfast was good enough.

The proximity to stores and restaurants was nice, but the hotel is on a busy/loud street. Fortunately, our room did not face that street but I would imagine our stay would have been less pleasant if it were.

1. The hotel is in a good location, very close to the station, and there are two supermarkets and a pharmacy opposite. 2. The hotel's attached restaurant is delicious. 3. The room is clean and the equipment is easy to use. 4. The service of the counter staff is very good. Good accommodation for travel. 5. Reasonable price

Fabulous view of the castle and the mountains from our room and balcony, such a comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning, lift, breakfast, parking on the street in front of the hotel which was inexpensive, friendly, helpful staff and a decent restaurant. Wonderful combination.

Staff was excellent friendly, the room was small and at first a bit smelly but spotless clean. It is at a good busy location.

The long smoking area in front of the main entrance where you have to pass through when entering.

Great location, a few steps from the main drag and station area. Short train ride to Locarno. Views of the Castle Grande and other Castles from the rooms. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Free public transit in Ticino with hotel stay.

The room was renewed, very clean and comfortable. It was quiet at night. The staff were always nice in the few interactions we had. It was close to the Castel Grande entrance.

Very clean, modern room and helpful, friendly staff. The dinning room decor was a bit dated but the food was very, very good with excellent service.

All was good

Fantastic view of the three castles from the room's balcony - well worth it. Comfortable and modern room. Walk across the road then across the open plaza on the right to reach the elevator to the closest castle - easier than walking up to it - but that is interesting to do if you're feeling energetic!

Arriving with a car is challenging if there are no free spaces in the adjacent public car park. You can't seem to pull up outside the hotel to drop off luggage, although I was told that was possible.
