Our trip was very quick. We didn't spend a lot of time on the property as we where their for the Riders semi final game. Staff very friendly, property clean. There is a Keg Steak House right behind for easy dinner access. Starbucks in the building behind, just across the a parking lot. Its about a 15-20 min walk to Mosaic Stadium. Straight shot down the street.

The rooms are not very sound proof. You hear every conversation from other rooms. Make sure to ask for a room not near the elevators as room 221 hears it all...

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location was close to football stadium and Downtown. We had a very pleasant stay.

Construction on the street made it difficult to access until we called the hotel. They told us to access the hotel from a different street adjoining the parking lot at the rear of the hotel which was easy and convenient once we knew how to do it.

The breakfasts were excellent. Friendly, efficient staff and the food was delicious. Unfortunately the hotel is situated very close to busy railway tracks. The hotel was very close to where our functions were held and driving back and forth was easy due to the location.

It was very cold when we stayed at the hotel and the heat source in the room was noisy cutting in and out.

Walking distance to Mosaic Stadium. Room was very clean, modern and comfortable. Pool was good as was the hot tub. I would have liked a kettle in my room and when I went searching for hot water eventually found some, but a man came along and kicked me out of the kitchen. He was kind of grumpy, but the man behind the front desk was very helpful.

Close proximity to Mosaic stadium , could walk to the game easily. Comfortable beds.

Our night was quiet, but other family members had issues with their room being close to the nightclub that stayed open until 2 am and was loud. There are also trains. The room wasn’t restocked well regarding towels, cups, coffee. Overall pretty minor issues.

The breakfast was not great. The sauce on the eggs benedict was definitely out of a package and the potatoes were hard as rocks. the bacon in my husbands meal was so thin you could see through it.

Had an awful time checking in, I had booked three rooms for different family arriving at different time through the week. Deborah refused to allow me to insert my credit card and insisted that I swipe, however, when I called Mastercard they said I was required to insert. I shared that with Deborah and she refused to let me. The next day, I dealt with a gentleman and he allowed me to insert the credit card and it was easy. I would recommend that staff is educated on the same level for check in and check out procedures.

Location was convenient to mosaic stadium It was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly.

While very friendly the staff were not very knowledgeable about the services and the area around the hotel. They had difficulty getting booking info correct.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff was great as well. Location was perfect for what we were in the city for.

The pillow selection in the room were not my preference. Flat and flatter. Small complaint but you asked ;)

Easy access and close to restaurants.

Bartender could not mix a gin martini even though the ingredients were on hand. Very limited breakfast options with the breakfast included option.
