For those who are planning to visit zakopane czarna willa is the best place to stay.The houses inside are made of wood ,its clean ,tidy ,it serves excellent breakfast in the morning and there is a small river outside where yoy can relax and drink your coffee.The staff has very kind and helpfull.Also the willa is near zakopane center where there are many traditional restaurants made by wood and mang shops.Absolutely recommended!

I recently stayed at Czarna Willa and had an absolutely delightful experience. The hotel's location is excellent, providing easy access to local attractions and amenities. The WiFi was impressively strong, ensuring I could stay connected throughout my stay. The atmosphere was charming and cozy, with thoughtful touches like flowers and wooden skis adding a stylish and unique flair. I highly recommend Czarna Willa for anyone looking for a memorable and pleasant stay.

Breakfast was absolutely amazing - choice of ham, cheeses, bread, salads and proper coffee were good. All staff were so lovely, doing their best and solving any issue on the spot. They fixed the bathroom ventilator and shower holder immedietaly. We were offered a parking space suitable for our type of car (low suspension). We booked an appartment which was flooded by heavy storm a day before our arrival, so the host offered us an alternative accommodation. They did all they could to make us feel comfortable and reimbursed us a difference in price. Also we received complimentary gifts on departure which was very kind of the host.

The hotel is very close to Krupowki Street, full of restaurants, shops and activities, and close to the cable car to Gubalowka peak. It was very convenient when traveling to Morskie oko by bus, as the bus station is less than a kilometer away. The staff were very nice. The room on the first floor is simple and cozy, with a small terrace (it is only separated from the terraces of other rooms by trees, it is not a completely separated space), the audience that comes here is respectful. The breakfast is plentiful, the food is homemade, there was a different hot dish every day, as well as a very large selection of cheeses, hams, and baked goods. A great place to stay for a couple or family.

The soundproofing of the rooms is not particularly good. Since we lived on the first floor, we heard both footsteps above us and noises from the corridor, but the people were quiet enough that it did not disturb the peace. The biggest challenge was the extreme humidity throughout the room, including the bathroom. It was practically impossible to dry clothes (especially on rainy days) because the radiator was not working and the bathroom itself had poor ventilation.

The host was really nice. He helped me with my bags and with checking out the called to get a taxi for me and also we chatted for a bit. The room was small but had everything I needed, even a little fridge. There was no noice from the centre

There is not really a short cut to go to Krupówki and the thing in the shower was broken so I had to hold it, but it was doable. Also the room was really small and the couch is your bed (which I was a little bit shocked about), but I just make the bed big and put everything on it and it wasn’t that bad

Huge thank you for the host, who made our stay exceptional. We have been transferred to Willa Gusia, which has everything you may need - dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, microwave. The bathroom was very nice and spacious. Villa has inner yard with a playground for kids. Despite the location was a bit far the host was very kind with a transferred free of charge.

Good location. Employees were very polite. Room for one person with a single bed, good sized with everything that was needed. Bed was comfortable and room warm

It was low season and the restaurant was not open, however there was no information.

Is nice and clean place in the middle of greenery birds and little river surrounded by magnificent majestic mountain. Grat meals served for breakfast . I will recommend it to my friends.

For me the bed was bit to low and to soft

Czarna Will is allocated next to main square in Zakopane- Krupowki, only 7 minutes walk. The room was absolutely incredible with „wooden” traditional design and the the spirit of surrounding mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was delicious with a variety of food every day. The location is great, in few minutes walking you are in the village and have access to restaurants etc. there are groceries nearby. If I go back to Zakopane, I’d definitely stay here again
