The hotel lobby and patio looked beautiful, just like in the photos. The room was quiet and clean; beds comfy, soft sheets. Bathroom was clean and quite large for a hotel. Breakfast was very good, several good options, made to order, served by a nice waiter. We were able to leave our bags after checkout for easier sightseeing. Thank you!

The room was narrow and dark, with a small window at the end. It was also on the bare side: 3 beds, closet, a tiny desk with chair and wall-mounted TV. Needs to be updated, a fresh coat of paint too. I would recommend the hotel overall, but don't expect the rooms to look as impressive as the lobby. At least ours didn't.

This is a beautiful, well appointed hotel. The decor was lovely and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We were excited to try their breakfast after reading all the other reviews and it did not disappoint! The breakfast is served a la carte, hot and delicious.

Everything was wonderful. If I had to come up with something it would be that all 3 rooms were ready when we got there at 11am. Check in time wasn't until 2pm. They were willing to store our luggage but when I asked if we could at least get into one of the rooms so one of our party that wasn't feeling well could lie down, I was told we would have to pay the early check in fee.

The hotel is amazing set in 18th century building with nice art and well decorated. Staff were amazing and always ready to help. Breakfast is amazing and rooms and beds ate top class. All areas of the hotel are very clean . We were so happy with hotel we extended our stay with 5 additional days in Arequipa

Nothing , everything was great. There was a mix up on one of our tours , however the hotel managed to turn an unfortunate situation into a pleasant experience and made up for the mix up👍

this place really exceeded my expectations and would definitely stay here again if i'm ever back in town or recommend it to a friend. so during waking hours, the road is closed to traffic so very quiet, they have a front metal gate so very secure, the staff are very friendly and helpful (they printed out my bus ticket, left me a bagged breakfast for my Colca Canyon tour even though i didn't ask for one, had my luggage delivered to my room after my Colca Canyon trip), my room was spacious, clean, comfortable, great water shower and clean bathroom, the comp breakfast wasn't much but enough to not be hungry

The hotel is located in a very charming and traditional building, which makes this hotel really unique. Our room (and bathroom) was very spacious and clean. Breakfast is superb and the staff very friendly and helpful. Location is great as well, just a few hundred meters from the main square and cathedral.

Honestly nothing. If I have to find a small thing, I would say that some items in the room are a bit old-fashioned, but they did not impact our stay.

Very clean and comfortable and breakfast was great. Very central for the town and attractions.

It is very central in town and we had one night with little sleep as there seemed to be a rave going on with very loud music until 6am. The person on reception said the hotel had called the police but the music did not stop. Also, due to the old building it is also noisy in the corridors when people get up early or come in late and are speaking loudly and banging doors.

Amazing location (2-3 blocks from main square and really safe), really nice rooms (comfy beds and enough space), and incredibly kind staff (it has been a while since I have seen such helpful and attentive staff, 10/10 for everybody from reception to catering and cleaning staff); thanks a lot for the great time there!

The only two things that could have been better were noise management (I could hear people talking in the courtyard from my room) and the shower water pressure (it was a bit too weak). Asides from these two minor things, I had an amazing stay there!

We traveled to Arequipa to enjoy a concert and were delighted to find ourselves right at the heart of it. The hotel was located right at the heart of Arequipa, allowing us to move freely around the city. Also, its lobby gave us a warm welcome with a mix of Arequipa's Ancient history and a warm room to rest. The staff was very polite and quick to attend to our requests. A lovely experience

I would've loved to have a better key system. It can really use a more modern lock system. But at the same time, it provides a mix of the old with the new.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast. Great location. Rooms were immaculate and had everything we needed.

The only thing to bear in mind is that it's located on a pedestrian road, which normally is perfect, but does mean taxis are not allowed during a lot of the day (early morning is fine). That said, a member of staff met us at the taxi when we arrived to help with the luggage, so it wasn't a problem.

Location just a few blocks from Plaza with plenty of places to eat. Room size is comfortable and bed very comfortable. Like the bedsheets. Staff friendly and helpful to carry luggage up the stairs. Attentive to needs for takeaway breakfast because of early departures. Laundry services is also not far from hotel.
