Very good apartment with cleanliness, quiet and family friendly. Indoor parking is available for a minimal charge . Train station, Some restaurants and cinema hall is there within 300 meters .

Nothing Major. In the name of sustainability, cleaning only done 5 days once . We should request to refill the mandatory things like body wash 😊 if you are in middle of your path and noticed that the body/hair is finished then it’s your problem. Simple things like kitchen tissue is missing , you should bring it

The staff was nice, the hotel is fine, also according to price. Temperature in the room was good. Tram stop is very close by. In a nutshell: fine for this price.

Breakfast was okay. They could´ve mentioned there´d be no cleaning at all; you have to ask specifically for new towels or toilet paper. In addition, we've asked for a late check-out (regular is at 11, late is until 14), but they've knocked on our door twice (of which one time was before 11).

Perfectly located where we needed it and very good value for money! Lovely inside, and the bathroom was massive with a big bath. Very friendly and helpful staff all round.

Only thing I would say, is that I organised early check in. When we first got there I was told early check in wasn’t available. So we went away for a few hours and came back and was told again by another staff that our room was not ready, but then another staff member said it was ready and checked us in.

This is an appartment hotel with a spacious, clean roomy apartment. It is pet friendly and they gave our dog a present pack which was a lovely touch. It containd poo bags, a folding bowl and a nice treat. There is a nice river nearby which is good for walks and the town centre with lots of shops is a shortish walk away. There is a tram that stops right outside the hotel. There is a nice underground car park as well. Very happy with this place.

The location is good, and the staff is very friendly. The aparthotel has a garage in the basement, which is very convenient, especially in winter when the temperatures are below freezing.

The layout of the furniture in the apartment wasn't right, so there wasn't a separate sleeping and living area. This detail interferes with a stay of more than one day. However, the size of the room and the bathroom were good.

The room is spacious, and the sound isolation is decent. Our room was located right in front of the elevators, but we were not disturbed much by people coming and going.

The air conditioning operates strangely, almost as if it has a mind of its own. When you turn it on, it may take up to an hour to start working, and the same goes for turning it off. Additionally, when it is running, it can be quite noisy.

Location is close to the highway and just at the edge of city centre. The rooms were big sized rooms with kitchenette. Comfy beds and pillows. Bathrooms were clean. Breakfast was charged extra. They had a good enough spread for breakfast. They offered variety of breads, cereals, fresh fruits, juice, lemonade, tea and coffee, yoghurt, scrambled egg/omelet, cake etc. It has its own secure underground car park for which they charge a nominal amount. The staff at the reception were courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend it to others.

The sofabed in our room was little rickety. Every time any one sitting or sleeping on the sofabed makes the slightest movement it creaks. The creak sounds got little annoying especially at night.

This apartment it's so beautiful and very clean, I would definitely stay again. Location it's also amazing!

I wish we could have left our bags before check-in, but it wasn't possible. Also, we stayed for two days, a family of 5, but the host only left 5 coffee Nespresso cups and we love our coffee in the morning, sometimes, little details go a long way, but besides that everything else was great.

The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful! The covered private parking was very handy, with direct access to the rest of the hotel. We had an apartment and it was nice and complete. And the location was very good for our stop coming from the highway.

The airco was out of control, so the rooms were very cold and the bathroom very warm.

Very comfortable stay. The hotel is very easy to reach from the highway. We had a very large bathroom, with a bathtub / shower. Our son slept in the sofa bed (which opens into a double bed). There were two flat screen TVs, one in each room, a large table for meals, and a desk (it would be a plus if travelling for work). Also an equipped kitchen.

Other reviews mentioned a free parking nearby, but we arrived late at night and no places were available. Anyway we paid 8 euros per day for the hotel's underground parking, which was more convenient since we had a lot of luggage.
