The property is in an incredible location. The staff and the service is great: Nancy our guide, Mauricio our driver and the concierges who always helped us to find the best logistics. The fact that the Hiram Birgham train leaves directly from the hotel is a huge plus! (Avoiding the bimodal service). The garden and the rooms are amazing as well!

Although not critical, the service could be faster at the restaurant in all the meals.

Hands down one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. The location is breathtaking, right by the río Sagrado with stunning views from the rooms. The place is really an island of calm and comfort, in line with Belmond standards. Superb food, service, cleanliness and also an amazing team of therapists at the spa. Hope to be back soon. PS: The villa is just amazing, lovely fireplace, fantastic bathrooms and nice terrace. Bonus point is how the staff prepares the room on the evening, those water bags!

Absolutely amazing property and the loveliest staff/people. Baby alpacas, river, spa, pool, room, shower, balcony. 15/10. So incredibly peaceful. Bonus that the luxury train to Machu Picchu is right there as well.

The stag was fabulous from Rhay at reception to Eddy and all the wait staff in the restaurant! A beautiful place an wonderful experience!

The hotel is exceptional. The grounds, location, comfort, and hospitality of the staff were above and beyond. We especially liked the hike to the Salineras de Maras and walking around Urubamba. The food was tasty and we even ate dinner outside near the firepit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Rio Sagrado to anyone looking to stay in the Sacred Valley.

I can't think of anything negative to say about Rio Sagrado. We had an awesome stay!

The service was impeccable, and the staff was very friendly. The resort is majestic with the sound of the river and the mountains all around. Enjoy the delicious selection of Peruvian foods.

Wish the spa / hot pool area was included in the price of the stay

Beautiful location with attentive and helpful staff. The room was great, with a good size bathroom and dressing area. The food was delicious with good authectic menu choices for all the family. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel only has an outdoor pool, which was lovely and warm, but wouldn't be so great if it was stormy.

amazing location, view, nicest lawn I’ve ever walked on, feeding alpacas was the highlight of our day as well. the staff was so kind, helpful and welcoming.

I think with the price guests are paying, the hot tub should be included so you don’t have to pay extra.
