Walking distance to the South Health Campus hospital so convenient for those with medical appointments or surgeries. Also right across the Seton strip mall so again very good location. Reception was also very nice. The gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant.

Food at the Rendezvous was just mediocre and on the pricey side.

Had to pay for parking, I understand they need to charge or people visiting hospital would fill the lot. But it was sprung on me last minute and I wasn't expecting it Beds were very hard. Tucked pillows under me to get comfy

Liked the location. Very convenient as it was close to other family that we were visiting. Liked that it was clean and smelled fresh.

Extremely loud music coming from the restaurant next to the lobby upon our arrival. So loud it was hard to hear the receptionist at the desk.

The location was perfect for me. Close to family and plentiful stores within walking distance. The food and service at Rendezvous restaurant was excellent. I wish that I recalled the name of the lady who served me every day - She was so nice. She seems to work every morning. Room Service was really nice. Front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. Loved the washer and dryers.

Hot tub didn't seem to work properly and was not that hot. Should offer free coffee and tea in the lobby maybe cookies as other hotels do. Too expensive for a room that small.

The location was excellent and it was very clean and quiet. As a woman travelling alone I felt very safe and secure. Also, the staff was very friendly and remembered me

The pillows were not very comfortable

Friendly, efficient staff, big room, comfortable bed, upscale furnishings and bathroom. Close to restaurants and gas/coffee. Free parking. Great for an overnight business stay. Shower tap located away from showerhead so you can find the right water temperature before you have to get wet.

Thermostat didn't seem to work, but at least I was able to open the window a small crack to cool off the room.

The breakfasts were excellent. Even the "normal" bacon and eggs" stood out. Very well presented and the bacon was wonderful. My sister-in-law's yogurt/fruit breakfast and my brother-in-law's granola/fruit breakfasts were top notch. Parking was free.

That the confirmation of price didn't show me hidden taxes. The total was $726.38 and when I added up the amounts showing on the confirmation, it was $673.46, a difference of $52.92?

Nice location, amazing window veiw to the mountains. Underground parking. Supermarket and restaurants area across the road. The hotel is new, and all furniture is comfortable and clean. Excellent room service and helpful reception.

Parking and Convenience at this location is fantastic. Always friendly helpful staff.

Everything was of high quality and clean. The gym was great!

It just seemed to be very expensive. They even charged for parking even though there was a large lot with many spaces and the room rates were already quite high.
