The air conditioning was top notch and the room was very clean. Wifi was great and the location was perfect for us.

Had asked for more towels, but no one got back to us. The coffee pot needed some attention so did not use. The room was very small for a “suite”, which was not evident by seeing the images online. Parking was hit and miss competing with restaurant users.

We knew going in that the Royal Duke was an older hotel but we loved the location. We were not disappointed in any way. From the excellent check in to the special touches in our renovated room it was lovely: chocolates, bottled waters and a bouquet of flowers set on the bed and the fancy folding of the washcloths to hold toiletries, a special extra not unnoticed! Restaurant experience was equally pleasing! Thank you very much!

Thank you for a lovely stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The welcome chocolate and bottles of water were a lovely touch.

The only suggestion I would have would be to include a hair dryer in the room.. maybe it was there and I missed it though 🤣. We will stay again when in Okotoks

The photos online don’t even begin to do it justice. It’s loaded with character in an English-style pub/inn. It was lovely…and the food was pretty dang good! HIGHLY recommend!

The bed wasn’t all that comfy and was very squeaky but at the end of the day it was a place to lay our heads.

Meka checked us in and was very friendly and accomodating. Friendly staff, clean rooms, affordable price. Would stay here again.

No major complaints

It was a small room, but perfect location and price. Wasn’t planning on spending too much time in room to sleep but ended up using the TV and internet more than expected. It was perfect, had everything we needed.

The shower curtain was kind’ve dirty. Needs to be replaced or washed.

Fantastic location! Mika was extremely kind and nice. The rooms were clean, well sized and very comfy beds!

We ended up having to cancel, they moved our reservation for us then we were sick and they accepted our cancelation again! Very accommodating I really appreciate it

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. It was a very cool old hotel & we wish we had more time to explore it. The staff went above & beyond for us.

The walls were thin & we could hear other peoples tvs. And I wish I would have taken my own pillow.
