The location is amazing. The view of the bay was beautiful. We were able to walk to the nearby shops and restaurants which was great. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We ate breakfast and lunch at the Keenan and were very pleased with our meal. For dinner we sat outside which was beautiful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The one thing that we felt really needed improving was the lighting in the bathroom. We tried opening the window over the bathtub, but that didn’t help. We had to bring lamps into the room to be able to see to get dressed and put on make up etc. while our breakfast was amazing I do wish they had a few simple choices for a lite breakfast like parfait, meat and biscuits, oatmeal, or simple bagels and cream cheese. If this was offered we missed seeing it. We were accustomed to complimentary breakfast but understand that not all hotels offer this and were not upset about that. Just wanted simple choice for those days we just wanted to eat light.

Very spacious room. Exceptional comfort bed. Beautiful views of the water, bay, islands and mountains. The large bay window with the built in sitting spot was large enough for the two of us to gaze out at the spectacular views. Plus we actually love to watch and hear the occasional train go by For what this hotel room provided along with it's location, the price was worth every penny and then some Every staff member we talked with were pleasant, helpful and spent the time with us

Really beautiful lobby, smells wonderful, easy check in and food at the resturant was delicious. The location is also excellent and parking was easy to find. You cant beat the views!

The room was a little worse for ware. Chipped paint in the window sills, broken window was left open, $3 Desani water but $1.50 soda, super hard and uncomfortable bed

Always a pleasure to stay here. Great view, good, dependable restaurant, under building parking, quaint? trains rumbling by, provided earplugs, close to town, did I mention the view of the harbor?

Price has literally doubled in 3 years. No longer a value at $400. a night for a partial view king. hallway carpet becoming shabby in high traffic areas. Free bottle of water for certain Hilton "classes", but $2 a bottle for others, rather tacky, I feel. Hotels around the world, that cost a fraction of this one, give out 2 bottles complimentary. A bottle, from Costco, costs about $0.11.

Rooms are very well situated with stunning views. The rooms are always clean, the beds are comfortable and bedding is very clean. It is in a fantastic position, and easy to walk into the town which we love. Nice walks and drives all around. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, a bonus being able to charge our EV easily and for free.

The room was very nice and the bed comfortable and we enjoyed walking on the bayside walkway after dinner.

I guess I missed the part in the reviews that said it was next to an active train track.

I love the location, the view is fantastic. The rooms are spacious and even the partial view rooms are great. The Chrysalis used to be a boutique hotel and was eventually sold to Hilton properties. The quality is somewhat less nice as a result e.g. they now charge $5 for room service and clearly they are maximizing profits wherever they can. The food at Keenan’s restaurant (part of the establishment) is overpriced, we paid $22 for two tiny desserts. With that said, we still love to stay there more than any other hotel, it feels comfortable and luxurious. The staff is wonderful.

As mentioned above the prices at he restaurant and being charged a delivery charge of $5 is excessive. Some people might not like the sounds of trains going by at night but it didn’t bother us and the hotel provides ear plugs.

Room was a great size with a large window and gorgeous view. The bathroom facilities were also very nice though the shower was a little creepy since it was so dark. The bed was comfortable and linens very nice. We had breakfast in the morning and it was excellent!

Honestly, we did not expect that a train was going to be passing RIGHT BY the window and thus loud. Interesting but a little annoying at times.

The room and the view, the best! It was cool having access to the steam room. Also, they have a great restaurant. The food is excellent! The bathroom with a huge tub is great. The bed was very comfortable. Also, parking is free in the downstairs garage.

Little details like the room wasn't ready at 4:00 and there was no coffee out the first morning.

The view from our room was beautiful. There is a comfortable window seat which is great for enjoying the view of the bay while sipping a coffee or glass of wine.

We stayed for two nights. On the second night there was a wedding, which was fine...congrats to the happy couple. It would have been nice to be informed that the wedding party was taking over the lounge and deck so that guests have time to make other dining arrangements.
