The apartment was large, modern, stylishly furnished with good lighting, new and clean. Well-appointed. I loved the hardwood floors and how bright and white everything was. Great price for the amount of space you get!!! Very pleasant and spacious for a family of four.

Needed more hooks and storage space in the bathroom and bedroom. I knew it was far from the city center, but it was a bummer not to have any restaurants open after 10 pm. Our flight was late and we had to order Uber Eats for dinner. There should be conditioner in the shower. Would have liked a stow-away bed/cot so my kids didn't have to share the fold-out couch.

The cleanliness , size and comfort of the room and the facilities it offered were wonderful as always. Every detail a family might need have been considered down to the smallest detail such as a fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. Location of the facility was great and silent. Parking is available. Checkin and checkout processes are easy, digitalized and very well designed.

Everthing is perfect and highly standardized.

Clean, spacious apartment in a very quiet and nice area next to the docks. Comfy and queen size bad, great sofa bed, equipped kitchen and nice toilet and bathroom.

Closet space is missing if you are a family of 4 - only one small closet was not enough for us.

The beds are so comfortable and massive. Very impressed with the room

There's a lamp hanging over the kitchen table that is right at face level so you have to duck around it to look at the people across from you

It is really nice and quiet, very neat with great xtras like the washing machine and dishwasher

We missed a concierge! Maybe a map of bus routes? The minibar in reception was poorly stocked

Convenient and peaceful stay! Having all the necessary appliances, especially a washer/dryer with tablets provided, is a huge plus and keyless entry definitely simplifies things. It's great when a hotel prioritises ease and quiet comfort.

The location is a little outside the city centre, but this was a minor issue for me as I definitely prefer peace and quiet. Getting around was easy as I used Ubers frequently. Just one slight inconvenience. I paid for a 1pm checkout, however a gentleman knocked at my door advising I had a 11am checkout. I was in the middle of brushing my teeth and had to show him my WhatsApp message from Numa advising I had a late checkout. The gentleman advised his device has not been updated.

Great hotel, a good price, clean. We stayed 4 nights, so worked fine without room service.(maybe it is possible to have towels/bedsheets changed on request) Really nice bathroom, living room and kitchen! We had a nice view from the 8th floor. There is a locked parking garage under the building, with plenty of space(mid Juli 2024). It cost 22euro/day, which is fair for the location. To the center 10min by tram(~2euro) or walk 45min. Great with an Albeit Hein(supermarket) 2min walk away. Would stay here again! :)

We did not need any assistance for the check in, but didn’t seem like there was any personnel at the reception, if such was needed. Location is not super central, but with the facilities and public transport we did rather stay here.

It was challenging to communicate with the hotel if my booking was through booking.com. my booking got cancelled one night before the check in, it was due to payment failure and I was only notified with an email few hours before they cancelled it, so I had no time to check and update my card, and there was a lot of messages with them via whatsapp, when I wanted to check with them I wasn't helped, I was only redirected to contact booking, I was frustrated and I didn't find the needed support from them

We absolutely loved the location (on the docks so the walks around were lovely + 15 minutes drive to city centre + bakery and grocery shop around the corner with plenty of fresh pastries etc.). The apartment was new, modern and spacious with all necessities like cutlery, dishes, coffee, tea and microwave oven and induction hob. Check in & check out were smooth with PIN code received on a day of stay that gave us access to the building and our room. The apartment and area felt safe. I recommend booking the parking with the accommodation (don't forget to validate your ticket before you leave).

Air conditioning was amazing, especially for my wife, location was excellent, out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre, but had great local amenities, bars, restuarants and coffee shops that were at a much more laid back slower pace. We usually used Uber's to get in and out of the cite centre (8 to 9 Euro), but we also walked in and out a couple of times, with frequent stops to the local pubs on route. The location next to the marina was perfect as well. Supermarket was a 10 min walk for supplies.

Everything about the apartment was to like. May be a better choice of TV channels or Smart TV provision such as Netflix, Prime, etc,, but this is a very minor critism :)
