The best hotel I have ever stayed in. The service was excellent, the staff could not do enough for you. Food was excellent and choice was great. Rooms were large, spacious, and pristine. Fabulous rooftop pool .A short walk to the bus stop for Panjim and Baga/shops and beach. What more could anyone want. I will certainly be staying again on my next visit to Candolim. A special thanks to Sabyasachi who greeted us each morning and evening for our meals. Always smiling and looked after us like royalty. Special thanks also to Dipti who made sure i had my porridge and coffee each morning with a smile ,Habashisha who never stopped smiling . Not to forget Polly & Cheatan, and the lovely doorman . Nothing i didn't like

The place is clean and well maintained. Feels comfortable and homely. The staff are warm and courteous and are always composed t. Food in the cafe was really great. The hotel is very accommodating for guests. A complimentary extended check out by a few hours were adjusted for flight delay. The swimming pool is maintained well.

The location is a little interior from the main road. The housekeeping should be a little generous with toiletries keeping in mind with the number of guests checking in. Extra large double beds as shown in specifications should be verified as it looks like a queen size bed.

The staff were amazing and always so helpful and smiley. The pool was beautiful and had a great view. The location was close to the beach and restaurants. The hotels own restaurant and bar is a lovely place to eat and spend time and is inexpensive

They had some events on that were quite loud. The taxi service they use is very unreliable and expensive (I would recommend using an external Sevice)

The fern habitat is a clean, modern hotel!! There is an infinite pool and a bar on the roof with an amazing view of the palm trees and the ocean which is great for just vibing. The rooms are very clean and the staff is super friendly — they also have great veggie options. On the rooftop deck, there is also a fussball table and a pool table which is fun if you are up there with friends. I think they are also a step ahead when it comes to being environmentally friendly — they have a reusable glass water bottle refill station for all the residents as well as solar panels on the roof!!

I don't really have any complaints. The only thing that might be helpful would be to have air filters available for guests.

All the staff were exceptional - they came across as well motivated and managed . Nothing was too much trouble . Great location and we slept well. The question I always ask myself is would I stay there again ? In this case absolutely.

Good clean with efficient staff. The reception staff were helpful and always acknowledged us as we went in and out. All issues were addressed well. A special thank you to Depti from the restaurant she was so friendly and helpful and is an absolute asset to the team

The hotel was decent in most aspects; rooms, service, service quality and facilities. However, the staff is exceptional and really did go the extra mile to fulfill all our requests.

Breakfast buffet could have been better, very limited options. The hotel can really do a little more to stand out from a lot of basic 3-4 star hotels in the area that are all very similar.

neat and clean property.... the staff was really attentive and proactive. Overall a good experience. Will visit again soon :)

All good. No issues in particular

The apartment was spacious and clean. All necessary amenities were available in the room and bathroom supplies were good and well stocked. The staff is the highlight. Very well mannered and helpful staff. Housekeeping services were prompt.

The pricing could have been a little more reasonable.
