We really liked the style of the hotel—modern and thoughtfully designed. The apartment was spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Even the shampoo was a nice touch! We especially enjoyed the outdoor bath and Finnish spa. Although they were on the smaller side, we had them to ourselves, which made the experience really relaxing. That said, our first apartment had a strong smell of paint when we arrived. Thankfully, the staff were very helpful and moved us to another apartment within two hours.

Unfortunately, the hammam wasn’t working during our stay, and overall cleanliness could be improved—my white socks turned grey after just an evening indoors, which was a bit disappointing.

Cleanliness was simply perfect. Attention to detail and such a helpful, but most of all thoughtful, booklet guide. Great interior design taste and a sense of coziness in the apartment. We slept so well and felt like they did a great job in avoiding the sulphuric smell that characterises this little town. We were also late and left half an hour after the check out time and nobody said anything/complained about it. The hot tub and steam room were an excellent addition to counter the freezing temperatures. All in all just a fantastic experience and such a breath of fresh air compared to the TERRIBLE experience we had at the Golden Circle Domes Lake View.

Couldn’t find the second smaller and more intimate hot tub (perhaps it still needs to be installed) but that wasn’t an issue.

Looked exactly like the pictures! Beautifully designed/ decorated and comfortable cabin, very clean and well-maintained with a well-stocked kitchen. It was a nice touch having dressing gowns and slippers too! Even though it was snowy and cold outside we always felt warm and cosy in the cabin. We arrived by bus from Reykjavík (with a bit of planning and luck!) and could easily walk to the nearby supermarket, geothermal park etc as well as going on a nice hike to a geothermal river.

No breakfast was provided. There was a fridge and a dishwasher. The kitchen facilities and cooking utensils in the apartment were adequate. There were no closets but there was enough room to open the luggage on the floor and still be able to move around. A microwave was provided. There is an open air hot water pool and a laundry room.

The microwave didn't even have a brand name and we were able to use it only once or twice before it stopped working.

We recently stayed at INNI Boutique Apartments, specifically in apartment no. 2, and the experience exceeded our expectations in every way. The apartment is incredibly spacious, with 60-65 sqm comfortably accommodating up to four adults. It’s immaculately clean and beautifully designed with modern furnishings, making it feel luxurious yet cozy. The kitchen is a real highlight, fully equipped with everything you need to cook as if you were at home. From the stovetop and oven to the Nespresso coffee machine and toaster, every detail has been thought of. They even provide cooking staples like oil, basic spices, and vinegar, which made meal preparation so convenient. The bedrooms are versatile, allowing for either a double bed or single beds depending on your preference. This flexibility, combined with the overall comfort of the apartment, ensured a restful stay. One of the standout features of INNI Boutique Apartments is the outdoor spa area. Access to a hot tub, steam bath, and shower offers the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. The thoughtful provision of bathrobes and slippers added to the indulgent experience. Overall, our stay at INNI Boutique Apartments was exceptional. The apartment was not only a place to sleep but a true home away from home, with all the little extras that make a stay memorable. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped place to stay. We would definitely return!

Great deco and comfort. The room had all we needed although it was a bit dark, especially in January. The hot tub and the steam room were awesome!

Not really such a big issue but we have it in many hotels and we are disappointed to keep seeing this again and again, the covers in the bed are too hot for the temperature of the room and we kept sweating every night. I wish there was a way to lower the temperature at night (we tried) or to use lighter covers somehow.

We loved everything about our apartment! The decor, comfort (one of the best beds we've ever encountered at a rental), and attention to details, including the guidebook and detailed checkin/out instructions. The owner is also very communicative, helpful, and friendly. We would 100 percent return and recommend to others.

Nothing - we loved everything about this place. It was so cozy, that we opted for more dinners in just to enjoy the cozy, romantic space.

In short, everything about this place is fantastic. The room is spotless and beautifully designed, with a color combination that makes it feel incredibly comfortable. The location is excellent – you're among the locals, just a short 5-minute walk from all the shopping and dining, which actually adds to the charm and makes the place feel even more special.

The only small thing that bothered me was the pillow I had, but it wasn’t a major issue at all.

We stayed in apartment n°3, which was very spacious with beautiful interiors. We had a big shower as well as a bathtub. The bed is super comfy The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. Hot tub was super nice as well. Unfortunately we didn't find time to try out the steam room. We would definitely come back here! Very good location to explore the golden circle and the western south coast of Iceland. There are plenty of restaurants at walking distance as well as a supermarket.

Hot tub and sauna was amazing, especially in the winter! Apartment was well equipped, and there were some really nice smelling toiletries as well. Bed was super comfortable.

Lighting in the apartment was too low, and the dark walls didn't help. The fancy "hipster" bulbs with no shade on them personally give me a headache. It was difficult to open the lock on the door. Maybe it was because the lock was frozen, or it needed a specific technique, but it took us quite some time in the snow to open the door.
