A spacious nice apartment with a practical kitchenette and a big comfortable bathroom with a huge shower. Warm and clean. Beautiful location in nature. It’s great there is a coffeemaker available but without paper coffee filters it is useless 

Water was leaking from the ceiling when it was raining. It is quite misleading when you say that the late check-in is not possible, but we got a message with a code to our room and no explanation that we can arrive any time we want. It was very stressful for us to hurry while sightseeing in the South of Iceland only because we weren’t sure if the room would still be waiting for us despite late arrival.

Affordable, quiet place after a long journey. Strange place that wasn't easy to find and get in to at first, but after figuring it out it was so simple. I was the only person in the entire place, which made it even eerier. But I liked it. Get there before the sun goes down!

No hot water.

The room was big and clean and recently updated. It was a suite, 4 twin beds, kitchen, couch, TV , table and chairs. Quiet area and walkable to the beach. We went to the town pool, $8.00 per person. The town has kayak rentals and horse back riding and a museum that wasn't open. It is close to Selfoss, 20 minutes or so, but super peaceful, where Selfoss was busier in comparison. The front of the building needs some updating as it has a run downish look, but the inside was new and clean.

With no breakfast or staff no site, it felt a bit unfriendly. Park, and go to your room. Apartment was clean, and comfortable. Nice little kitchen.

Disliked the shower-- there was no step or slant to keep the water from flowing out to the rest of the bathroom (poor design). Also fire alarm went off at 6:30 a.m.-- with no staff on site, it took 15-20 minutes before it was turned off.

The size of the room, full kitchen, big radiators.

The smoking area in the premissis, not enough toiler paper.

The inside of the property all is new! Outside still a working in progress.

I called customer service in 3 different opportunities and nobody answer the call. Also, perhaps basic condiments and coffee and sugar will be nice.

THERE WAS NO INTERNET CONNECTION IN THE ROOM -SO I HAD TO GO EACH TIME TO THE LOBBY IN ORDER TO SEND SOMETHING FROM MY LAPTOP
