Staff were helpful and friendly

Breakfast not being included whereas there are still pamphlets in the room and signage referring to this is confusing. No lift for easier access to rooms. . The bathroom is a little tight. .However, overall the room and bed was comfortable and there was enough hot water, we were happy staying there .

Had everything needed for both a nights stay or longer. Wasn't expecting facilities to cook etc... which was a bonus. Parking onsite was helpful, as nothing available in the public parking areas.

Shelf by the front door, which I managed to hit my head on. Not the shelf's fault, but a bit close for my big nogging

The position was perfect, very close to the main square. Room big enough. They managed to find us a free private parking

They don’t speak English very much, communication was quite difficult

The hotel is a bit out of date, the bathroom a bit cramped, especially the toilet part. But the place is tidy and the beds are good. Most of all: the staff is really friendly and helpful. Great location in the centre of town, enough restaurants in the area. A €6 per 24 hrs parking spot (probably it would be best to make reservations since there are only 4). Overnight we could leave our bikes in the garage. Breakfast is very much okay. The price is a little bit high, even for location in the centre. Don't know if that was because of the Documenta that we came to visit. Still I prefer the hotel over the lower bracket chain hotels because of the personal touch.

Communication with the owner worked very smoothly and fast, received helpful advice. Friendly staff and owners, a great place to stay if you want to be central but have to keep an eye on your budget. Very high rated and delicious Indian restaurant right beneath the hotel, large parking lot right around the corner.

The hotel is in the centre of Kassel, top position. So simple yet so comfortable. Really clean and everything is there

Parking in center Kassel is hell, not a fault of the hotel of course. I would suggest payed parking nearby.

Hotel is in very good location, had private parking for one. Host did not speak english, but it wasn't a problem. Room was clean and renovated. Breakfast places are just around The corner.

The hotel is quite nice. The room small but cute, very comfortable, clean and with all the amenities you would expect in a hotel room. I think is perfect for a short stay. Location fairly close to tram stops, the train station and bakeries, supermarkets.

The location is spot on. Easy to find. I was using a garage nearby 20€ for the night

The shower. It was a bit tricky to get in and out of the shower 🤣

The Location is really amazing, just alongside the mains square and city hall.

The Price was a bit too much for the size of the room.
