I stayed at this hotel for 1 night with my child (8 years). I liked breakfast, it was more than basic, everything was fresh and tasty. The lady at breakfast room was helpful and the reception was also very kind and polite. We came early and since the reception opens later, we could leave our suitcase at the special room, like storage room. The hotel room was very clean, beds were nice. The toilet room was separate from the shower room and this was very comfortable. The metro station as well as bus station are very near the hotel. Considering that in Vienna you have to walk enough until metro stations, the close location of metro station was important, especially if you travel in the cold time. The U1 metro line is going directly to the central places, just almost in 10-15 minutes you are in Karlplatz.. Few bus stations from that place there is a shopping center. There were many bakery and sweets/coffee shops near the hotel, we could have snacks there upon our early arrival to Vienna.)

The room is very clean, especially the attic room is big and fantastic. The staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is good. Location is very near to the train station and tram. Big Mall just one station from hotel by U1.

The receptionist in the front desk is only available start at 12 till 8pm, and not clear how to drop the room card when checking out. Also inconvenient if your flight arrive earlier than checking in time - do not know how to keep luggage. Not like before pandemic. It was surprised me that the open duration for cafe is not from 7am to 10pm anymore, the one that I like and have made me several time stay here before pandemic. If possible, pls back to the previous rule, it really make us happy - because after coming back from work at night, we can relax for awhile at cafe.

Metro station super close! The hotel is quite simple but I felt welcome! The room was nice, bed was big and comfy and the cleanliness was good! The moquette naturally gets this “dirty” appearance over time, but I could tell it was getting cleaned. Breakfast was nice too, choice of both savory and sweet food! Overall a very nice stay :)

Nothing really, maybe only the fact that my card stopped working the morning of my checkout and the reception was closed, so I had to ask for help to one of the people managing breakfast, but she was very helpful and got it fixed immediately.

The hotel is at a great location for quick access to the city center, as it is just next to a U1 station. The facilities are excellent for a budget hotel. The room had all the eseentials, it was very warm despire the severely cold weather, and it was pristinely clean. The amenities include vending machines inside the hotel and an easily accessible garage. The buffet breakfast was decent. The facilities are wheelchair accessible. All rooms and premises are non-smoking.

We arrived late on the first night and were left locked out due to a malfuncioning door. The emergency help line for such cases wasn't really helpful, and the operator sounded like he didn't know the hotel well. Fortunately, they sent somebody to open the malfuncioning door after a dozen or so guests were left outside and some of them also called the help line to complain.

Location is perfect, a short walk to U1 metro station and bus station. Very friendly staff, especially Margita who was of a great help from our check-in further. Rooms are OK, comfortable beds, a big plus is that bathroom and toilette are separated. Breakfast is OK and you can get enough choice to start your day. Surprisingly very good coffee and staff was really doing their best to have all in order. Margita, još jednom zahvaljujem na svemu :). Overall, fair offer for the price so all I can is only to recommend! And even if your knowledge of German is not on the highest level, staff is multilingual and it is fair easy to communicate with.

My recent stay at this hotel was an exceptionally memorable experience, as it was not only a bachelorette trip with my maid of honor but also a trip during my sixth month of pregnancy. The hotel turned out to be the perfect choice for this special occasion. One of the standout features of this hotel is its prime location. It is conveniently situated right next to a metro station and a Spar market, making it incredibly easy to access everything we needed. Additionally, there is a lovely restaurant in close proximity, which added to the convenience. Initially, we were hesitant about booking this hotel due to its somewhat dated interior. However, we soon realized that it was indeed the right decision. The charm of the hotel, combined with its exceptional service, more than made up for the older décor. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and hardworking, many of whom are from the Balkans. Their warmth and dedication made our stay even more pleasant. A special mention goes to the beautiful blonde lady working in the restaurant, whose kindness and attentiveness stood out. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent, providing a wide variety of delicious options to start our day on a high note. In summary, this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay during a very special time in my life. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Very well communicated with U1 and tran, excellent to go anywhere anytime to any part of the city. There is a Spar (mini super market) a few blocks away (in front of subway station). Even there is a contraction besides the hotel is quite and cozy, personnel attention is very good, even not all speak English, everybody body is willing to help! My tips to have a better experience are: ask for double room key card, and keep them separated and away your electronics all the time, if they do not work (because was close your cell phone or something) and you return after 8 pm, you will be lock outside of the entire hotel (they have a number when you can call so be sure, if you are from other country, to be available to make phone calls in Vienna); if your check-in is before 2 pm, arrive at the hotel as early as you can and try to find a maid to help you to keep your luggage, meanwhile, you can visit the city (but be sure to get back before 8 pm! After that time, no one will attend your check-in); same case if your flight departures late and want to do some stuff in your last day, search for a maid (in all the floors) and ask to keep your luggage. My stuff were well kept and safe the two ocassions II asked for this service.

Unfortunately, the attention hours are limited, so do not expect to have conversation at any time or to have a answer really soon. Better, follow my tips

Very comfortable beds, everything is ok in the room, breakfast was ok, staff is nice and friendly. The hitel is quite close to the metro statio which is very convenient, many stores and a few restaurants nearby.

Noise of closing the doors when other people would leave the room for checking out (they would leave the door cards in their room because the reception starts working at 12 pm and would therefore slam the doors).

Excellent value for money hotel if you get it at the right price. Nice helpful personal, good wifi, decent breakfast. Albeit this time i travelled without a car the hotel does have its own parking, which is wonderful for Vienna. 2-3 minutes walk to metro station ( line 1 ) and although its probably somewhere on the outskirts, still you are rite in the centre in 15 minutes by metro. Would stay again if the price is right

Room is clean, no comments. Breakfast is good as expected. Location is nice, 20-30 minute walking distance to Dunau Tower. All the stores and restaurants are close. No complaints.
