The location was an easy 15 minute walk to the centre of town so perfect for easy parking and quiet night sleep. The place was immaculately clean and hosts Ann-Maree and Liam were fabulous and so accomodating. Breakfast was delicious with home made bread and the thickest bacon I've seen. A large and spacious room, very quiet and clean. The staff is very kind and helpful, and the breakfast is very good and varied. The location is ideal for visiting both Kerry and Beara. It is also just a few minutes' drive from Killarney National Park and the town of Kenmare. We had an excellent stay, thank you!! 💚

The welcome, the Breakfast, Anne Marie and Liam are such lovely hosts and great company. Breakfast could go on for hours with the chats . like being at home sitting around for breakfast. Suberb.

Nothing , couldn`t have been nicer

Easy to find with ample parking. Very comfortable room and loved the recliner in the large common area lounge. Comfy bed and good shower. Made to order breakfast with nice selection. Hosts were great. Ann Marie will make you feel right at home. She also gave us great itinerary advice.

We had a very convenient and large room. It was very clean, the owner extremely friendly and the breakfast options were amazing. The centre of the village is a 20 min walk from the property.

Anne Marie & Liam are most welcoming hosts, great breakfast options, very comfortable room and location is a 3 minute drive to centre of Kenmare town. Ideal base for exploring the Ring of Kerry.

Warm, welcoming home just a twenty-minute walk from Kenmare. Host Liam drove us into the town on our first night and recommended an excellent place to eat. Breakfast was phenomenal - lots of choice and all freshly cooked to order - 4* treatment for sure! Room was huge and beautifully appointed. Would definitely stay again :)

Personal choice would to be a little nearer town but, to be honest, the walk did me good!

Great location, easy walk into Kenmare and away from noise. On the road to Molls Gap and Killarney. Ample parking at property warm Kerry welcome from Anne Marie Spacious room more akin to a suite jacuzzi style bath large shower with excellent pressure fabulous breakfast with options cooked to order incredible price in a time of overpriced accomadation in Ireland

Beautiful spacious house, very comfortable bed, lovely ensuite. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. The hosts were friendly and helpful!
