The breakfast was delicious with an excellent spread. The pool was fantastic and beautiful. The furnishings and trimmings in the room were not to the highest standard as there were marks left from the carpenters on the door frame where the bath was installed. The noise from the nightclub was very loud even up on the third floor. The lack of security in the facilities was worrying as all the doors to both the men's and women's changing rooms were unlocked and did not use the security pads required. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and the location, staff, food and bed were all excellent. I would stay again.

Staff were exception. Bar and restaurant nice place to be in. Food very good.

Parking is one of the pay & display car parks. Hotel has no car park. They will refund up to €3 a day but distance we had to park with rain etc.

The hotel was in an excellent location. Overall, we had a lovely time and the hotel was ideal.

There was a little noise from the street on the first night, but it was extremely busy in tge town due to 2 events being held in the town so this was not an issue the hotel had control over. I did try to use the pool the morning we checked out, but there was a class on in the pool, so it was closed to me. I do wish I'd known this as I would have gone earlier. Again, this is not a criticism. I just wish I had the option to plan a little better.

The location was fantastic, very central in Killarney. The food (O'Donoghue's Bar, and breakfast) were all to a high standard and tasty. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was really comfortable also (hot water, great shower and bath/jacuzzi). The sauna and pool were lovely. Staff were very friendly and professional at check-in and check-out. eco-approach of the hotel is great; lovely to see no single use plastics in operation. The bathroom products; Irish Handmade Soap Company, are fantastic, and a really lovely addition.

Not much! Floor service within the bar could have been a little better. Servers were really polite, but I did have to go to the bar after sitting waiting for a menu and no service for a little while, to find out what food was available. Changing room area for the pool is very small, with no private changing facility. The decor in the dining room, and the bedroom is dated - not a problem but just some advice if thinking of updating! The 'food jar' decor in the dining room just seems a real waste of food and distasteful given the eco-approach the hotel is trying to take. Parking was not available in the adjacent public car park; maybe something to highlight with guests before arrival. Some information re car parks close by.

One of the best of the best hotels IV ever stayed in ,could not fault this hotel on anything cos it was the best ,staff was amazing and very friendly and went out of their way to what ever we want ,for instance...the three of us girls arrived back at the hotel 5 am in the morning after been on a night out all takeaways were closed and we asked at the hotel was there any chance of food at that time ,and we went back to the room only in about 15 minutes we had a knock on the door with 3 servings of sandwich side salad and crisps on the side , absolutely amazing hotel ,and then the three of us was given 3 drinks at the residence bar on the house , wouldn't take money for them ,the bar fella behind the counter was a gem (in the residence bar ,(forgot to ask for his name ) absolutely Lovely guy ,I could write an essay to how good this hotel is but I be here all day .staff so so lovely and very helpful on anything,the hotel was in the centre of Killarney and near everything, walking distance to all ,parked up the car and never had to use it once ,5 + stars to this amazing hotel 🏨 Thank you so so much for making our stay enjoyable and we will be back and that's a promise ❤️❤️❤️

Very central location and room very clean. Good choice at buffet breakfast. Staff friendly. There are no hotel car parking facilities but there are plenty of car parks within a few minutes walk offering daily rates. Towels and tea tray was replenished each day - would suggest adding biscuit to the tea tray to complete it.

Rooms not soundproof - could hear other guests through walls and in corridor. Jacuzzi in room is bit misleading - it's really a bathtub with jets and it creates noise/vibrations when run by guests in adjacent rooms.

Breakfast was great and location was excellent

We booked the hotel for the pool only to be told on Monday morning that the pool was closed, we had worked our morning around going to the pool so the reopening of the pool didn't suit, we were not told when booking or at any point during our stay that the pool is closed on Monday morning until we arrived at the pool and the woman at the reception was very blunt about it, very disappointed with that,that was our last morning stay at the hotel ruined.

Perfect location - exactly down-town and excellent starting point for all excursions. Very comfortable and large beds. We asked for a fridge and the hotel provided one, without extra cost. The rest amenities were very good, while the breakfast was very rich.

The room could be more spacious and the view could be better (we had a view on the roof of the building nearby). However, the room was comfortable, although I found it overpriced (despite we booked the room a few days before our arrival through booking we found out - on our arrival date - that the same room was offered on a lower price on the hotel's website). The bathtub did not have a shower head but only a shower.

The breakfast was very good- our room was very comfortable and the personnel were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were all very friendly, very efficient and seemed to really care about providing good service. The swimming pool area of the leisure centre was excellent (we didn't use the gym). In addition, the breakfast was great - loads of choice and good flavours. We also had food in O'Donoghue's pub which was also excellent. Our room was very comfortable.

Not a real issue but it took us a bit of time to get the air in the room to the right temperature for us but I think that was more our inexperience of the controls than any actual problem.
