Very spacious and comfortable, apartment is on ground floor, decorated in a way that ‘feels like home’, location was perfect for walking in a wonderful part of town, and close for easy driving to other nearby attractions. The late night receptionist at Fairview Hotel was especially friendly and very helpful at checking us in nicely!

Parking and breakfast were each a short distance away from our accommodation, however this did not pose such a problem as first thought it might… breakfast was excellent at the Fairview Hotel, and the only real inconvenience with parking was having to walk down after 6:30 pm (or before 8:30 am) to purchase the €3 all-day parking pass.

Check-in process was easy, and this was just the beginning of a fantastic experience! The rooms were both extremely clean and welcoming, and we just loved the charm of the BnB. Breakfast at the hotel was VERY good, and one of the owners answered a lot of my questions regarding nearby hiking and accessibility. I would absolutely return here and have already recommended Copper Kettle to friends who are coming to Ireland next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The apartment was very big. I was very pleasantly suprised that it was so big and nice. Who would have thought that you would get a whole ground floor in a B+B. Big kitchen/dining room, seperate lounge and bedroom, also laundry outside. I booked at the last minute because of being cancelled from another accomadation. It was school holidays and a bank holiday weekend, so l took whatever l could get at last minute. It came with breakfast at the hotel 100m from accomadation. Breakfast was excellent and people very nice. Very close to town centre.

The location was perfect, in the middle of Killarney, next to shops, grocery stores, bikes renter, not far from the Killarney station, ... The breakfast was fine with part self-service and part cooked to order. The room was as we imagined it would be, very clean and tidy. The owner of the hotel and the waiters were perhaps not the warmest but rather attentive and friendly, contrary to the comments we read before our visit.

Perhaps the fact that the owner of the hotel (the same as the owner of the Copper Kettle) offered us, for an extra €10 each, to be upgraded in his hotel as soon as we arrived, even though we hadn't yet seen the room we were staying in. We kindly refused and said that we wanted to see our place of reservation first. This was the only slightly 'negative' point.

We didn't expect the get a whole apartment for ourselves, a great way to start the weekend. The apartment was massive, clean and comfortable with every possible mean of entertainment (tv, dvd player + dvds, even a Play Station and a VHS player). The B&B is super central, you can walk everywhere within 5minutes. It's also 2-3 min walk from the train station. Loved this place, I highly recommend it

Nothing to report here, everything was great and exceeded our expectations

Very central large room with large en-suite and walk in wardrobe, the only issue I have was on check in I was asked for a credit card for damages is the word The receptionist used I said fine a pre auth on my card was acceptable as I had prepaid the accommodation. They proceed to write down my card number on the reg card I said I was not happy about this and was against gdpr but was informed it was hotel policy , the following morning I did ask the front desk for the reg card and it was torn up in front Of me to confirm the card number was destroyed

Loved the "brand new" quaint and retro look. I loved the look of the wooden floors and doors! Everything was immaculate and extremely clean! The bed was very comfortable and was very warm for the wet, cold Irish nights! It was very cozy and comfortable.

Due to age of building and wooden floors you could hear guests coming, going, and through the walls. Yet, everyone was respectful and quiet as they could be! Yet, I loved the look of the wooden doors and floors!

The staff was lovely and the breakfast was very good. It is in a excellent central location but not too loud. It was convenient to have the parking lot for $3 a day across the street.

It would have been nice to have access to drinking water. We used the tap for tea and to fill our water bottles. We could have asked so that’s on us, but maybe some information on it would be worth giving guests staying at this adjacent property to the Fairview

The rooms were very nice. We had the double deluxe with a jacuzzi tub, and it was well used after a 3 hour horseback riding trip. The rooms were very clean, the food was delicious, and the employees were kind and respectful.

My only issue is that the breakfast is not served in the B&B. You have to walk, maybe 1/2 block or 80m up the road to the hotel to have breakfast.

The apartment we stayed in had plenty of room, we put our daughter in the front room instead of the studio room we were in, and it worked for everyone. We picked up a couple of fans from the hotel it was affiliated with because we are from Boston, and we like it a little colder than it was.

The only thing that was a problem was that the washing machine leaked a lot. The laundry room was an outdoor room, not connected to the house. So, it wasn't a huge problem but with the amount of laundry we were doing for a 9 person stay was a lot and the floor had to have three towels on it at a time. Other than that, and that wasn't a huge problem, we loved it there. It was like being at home.
