The location of hotel was perfect. Easy to access by car with onsite parking. Just on edge of town centre so not far to walk to Main Street but away from noise and nice and quiet .Hotel was nice and staff very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size, nice decor with fridge , tv etc and good size bathroom with powerful shower which I love. Breakfast was made to order with great choice of menu and was excellent . Also had usual selection of drinks ,cereal , fruits, yoghurt, breads , cold meats available. There is a bar available for residents but no other food available throughout the day but this is not an issue when so close to bars and restaurants in town centre. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone coming to Killarney.

Excellent hotel all around. The front desk and breakfast staff were so kind and accommodating. We especially loved Peter, the heart and soul of our evenings here. How wonderful to feel we’ve made a friend in Peter, who made us feel at home. He was a special part of our Ireland experience. The breakfast was delicious and so convenient. The walk to town was less than 5 minutes, and we appreciated being a little off the beaten path because the streets of Killarney fill up with music and life in the evenings! We stayed in two rooms during our stay and both were excellent! Clean, comfortable, and charming. We would highly recommend this hotel and all its wonderful staff members. We hope to stay with you again!

Everything…this place is an absolute gem! The receptionist (incredibly delightful young lady!) was professional, courteous, helpful, and just an all out pleasure to do business with. We thought the breakfast was phenomenal (traditional Irish breakfast and porridge) was delicious and a great value. The room was AMAZING! All around, 10+!

Honestly, just because we’re coffee snobs, we would have loved a heavier cream (1/2 and 1/2) with our morning coffee, but that’s not really a thing in Ireland. :( Perhaps Brook Lodge could start something new for the Emerald Isle? :)

It’s a lovely hotel, the staff are exceptional! We had booked in for two nights originally but were moved to a sister hotel on the first night, Eviston House, as Brook Lodge was closed - the stay in both locations was faultless. We had two dogs with us, the hotel is dog friendly, and is a prime example of what dog friendly really means! They were given loads of treats, toys and blankets for keeps. It’s was very comfortable and clean - will definitely be back again and great value for money, highly recommend for dog owners.

Central location in Killarney, onsite parking that is very convenient. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Lilu was beyond helpful. Breakfast was good. We had a really big family suite which we did not really need, it would be fantastic for a family and especially if you are in the area for several days 😀

The shower could be cleaner, especially the window sills for the shower. The toilet connection looked like it was coming apart. Otherwise I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the location. Very central but quiet and just a short walk to the action of bars and restaurants. It is as well in easy reach of all the sights and nature walks. I believe it is a good value for what it offers. If you want all the whistles and luxury then possibly gym and spa, then you need to go elsewhere but also will have to pay twice and more. It all comes down to what you are looking for. We enjoyed it as it offers easy access and a comfortable sleep.

Very good friendly staff. Easy walking distance to main town. Room was very spacious and very comfortable bed. Full Irish breakfast was very good. Easy parking at the hotel.

One small thing the bathroom though very spacious had just one hook on the back of the bathroom door to hang used hand and bath towels. Also my wife’s smoked salmon bagel at breakfast was disappointing unfortunately as the bagel was vert doughy.

The room was clean, spacious and great value for money. Upon arrival we were greeted with a gift bag for our dog, which had us sold from the off. The staff were really lovely, especially Catherine and Lulu, who couldn’t do enough for us. The location was perfect, everything within a 5min walk.

The only negative we have was our stay was too short. I can’t speak my highly enough of the hotel.

Perfect location, close to the center of town, but far enough not to have any noise. It's a 5 minute walk. Our room, Garden Suite, had a door onto the garden, which our dog loved. Staff were very friendly.

A 4 star hotel should have a Nespresso machine in the room, and far better and faster internet. An EV charger would alspo be very handy to have.

This is the best dog friendly hotel we have ever stayed at before. Location perfect, staff first class, beautiful breakfast. They also own a restaurant/bar called Danny Mann not far from the hotel in the town. They have a dog friendly area inside the bar with a dog menu. Food was excellent. I can't rate this hotel and bar high enough. We will be back..
