It’s a lovely hotel, the staff are exceptional! We had booked in for two nights originally but were moved to a sister hotel on the first night, Eviston House, as Brook Lodge was closed - the stay in both locations was faultless. We had two dogs with us, the hotel is dog friendly, and is a prime example of what dog friendly really means! They were given loads of treats, toys and blankets for keeps. It’s was very comfortable and clean - will definitely be back again and great value for money, highly recommend for dog owners.

Couldn’t fault it!

We loved the location. Very central but quiet and just a short walk to the action of bars and restaurants. It is as well in easy reach of all the sights and nature walks. I believe it is a good value for what it offers. If you want all the whistles and luxury then possibly gym and spa, then you need to go elsewhere but also will have to pay twice and more. It all comes down to what you are looking for. We enjoyed it as it offers easy access and a comfortable sleep.

The location is just a little away from downtown Killarney and the noise. This hotel is a peaceful oasis. I stayed here the first time in Killarney and stayed again the second time. My room was large and looked out on a garden. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will stay here again when in Killatney.

- Great location close to the main street. Less than 10 min walk from the main attraction - size of the room is very comfortable - Staff is very helpful

- bathroom and common areas are quite old and would require renovation - hot water is limited; if you are taking a bath, it will be challenging to take a warm shower.

Garden suite layout is poor: bathroom and wardrobe inside the door, then you have to go through the living room to get to the bedroom which has no wardrobe or anywhere to hang up clothes.

Brilliant location minutes walk from the centre of town. Loveliest staff, from the team on reception to the night manager who was so kind and welcoming after returned from a dark sky hike. Very comfortable room and peaceful nights sleep.

I stayed in the Garden Suite. The only negative was that it was so tranquil with 2 walls of windows that I didn't want to leave and do tourist activities; I felt so relaxed just being in the suite. That aside, it is only a few minutes walk to the center of town and restaurants and tour excursions -- but those few minutes away make it a tranquil oasis. I only stayed 3 nights, but I would like to return to the area, and if I do, I will stay at this boutique hotel. The lobby and common areas are tastefully decorated, as was my room. The staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful.

Really clean and spacious room with a lovely shower and comfortable bed. 5 mins walk from the city centre and good parking facilities on site. The water in the lobby was a nice touch and the complimentary glass of bubbles!
