We stayed here for 4 nights with 3 children. We loved the apartment it was super comfortable and very clean, well equipped and quiet. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved how on my daughter’s birthday she found a little Gleneagle teddy, a bag of sweets and a lovely tray of treats and cakes, she was thrilled. Thanks so much

The hotel felt quite corporate, we came during a conference but it would have been nice to have entertainment that was earlier and suitable for children..traditional Irish. No inflatable slide..we were told it’s not holidays any more.

There was milk, cereal, tea, coffee and muffins there when we arrived. It was spotlessly clean and they also left some butlers chocolates and a card for my sister who was celebrating her birthday. A lovely stay. Would stay there again.

We had a ground floor apartment and the weather was nice so we were able to open the double doors and enjoy a drink outside. So much space, there was four of us but it could sleep 6 people. Excellent washing facilities if you were staying for a longer trip.

Location at doorstep of national park, all inclusive access to many facilities, very kid friendly, excellent staff amongst others

Mattresses could be harder. Some were sinking in. You could feel on the back. Kitchen facilities and complimentary items were very good. Paper towels would have been awesome. TV channels access to netflix, Prime etc. would have been great to engage kids. In Ireland, kids programs on TV stop by 7.

The apartments were like having a home away from home. The amenities were great for all of us (from children to adults). Good restaurants, ice cream, music entertainment, pool, and hot tub. On top of all that, it was situated right in the middle of the activities we wanted to experience in the area and very close to the center of Killarney.

Even though we didn’t get the weather - the huge pool is brilliant for kids. The apartment was great - had everything we needed. Obviously the surrounding town and areas are wonderful too.

Nothing failed to meet the expectations for a self catering family apartment with access to the pool. No complaints from me.

I loved that there was so many items we needed and did not have to drive out to get, milk cereal and muffins much appreciated.

I don't know if all the ground floor units experienced the geyser noise we did, if someone flushes or showers above us the geaser unit makes loud noise anytime of the evening, if someone uses the loo in the middle of the night I woke up.

Large 2 bed apartment which had all the facilities you would expect. It is a 20 minute walk out of Killarney Town Centre however in turn that encourages a peaceful atmosphere. Decent price making it good value for money. Very helpful desk staff when I checked in who where able to assist with their local knowledge to avoid annoying roadworks.

I loved every minute of our stay the staff helped us in every way they could even when we got home we realised we left luggage behind they helped. The entertainment was fab and the food loved the space of the apartment but all the facilities of the hotel

We loved the lay out of the apartment. It was very spacious and it was great having access to the grounds being on the ground floor. Also we were impressed that there was milk,chocolate muffins ,butter,jam and coffee pods and tea bags there for our use.

One of our party took a bath but the water was lukewarm.

Fabulous apartment. We stayed with a family of 5 and there was heaps of room for all of us and our luggage. Comfy beds , good facilities to wash and dry clothes and a lovely outlook from the apartment. Good location to base yourselves and to drive the Ring of Kerry. Would definitely stay there again if visiting Killarney.
