Very well presented hotel . staff very nice. Food was a 10 / 10 top class.great pint off Guinness 😋 and if you don't mind a 20 to 30 minute walk your in the town center parking in town is a nightmare. All in all vg
Well i tried booking an extra night but the price the receptionist give me was near €400 I payed €612 for 3 night before hand so I was not paying that for 1 . So I booked in elsewhere and was delighted I did as I had a wonderful stay at a great price if you look away from the town you will find the best off deals and hotels..

Absolutely beautiful property, very convenient for the INEC, and easy to get too and from town with taxi. Ate in the bar both nights and food was delicious! The decorations were incredible! Felt so Christmassy and cosy. Room was spacious and beds were super comfy. Staff were pleasant.
Mess us with documents meaning someone had walked into our room during our stay. Reception rang to apologise so only a minor problem. The shower glass panelling doesn’t keep the water in the shower ended up soaking the floor while showering due to the door/glass moving.

Perfect location for anybody that likes to walk. It's approx 20mins walk to Killarney town centre...footpath all the way. Also a fabulous walk/path to Muckross House about 30mins . .route used by jarveys, other walkers and cyclists on tree lined route beside one of Killarney's wonderful lakes .
I couldn't find anything l didn't like, but if you didn't like,or couldn't walk you would need transport to Killarney town and to all the beautiful sites in Killarney.

Reception staff were excellent and the unique selling point for this hotel. We requested an early check in as we were attending an early wedding in a neighboring hotel- not only did they help with our request (something that is not normally accommodated in Ireland) they told us we could check in earlier as the room had been vacant the day before. This type of helpfulness and the associated friendliness really made my visit. It is unfortunate that I do not encounter this level of service across Ireland and I am so happy to see that the Killarney Oaks are at the top of their game. Room was very well decorated and very comfortable. I did not eat breakfast but I was informed locally that the food is excellent. Finally- another big indicator of quality to me is the standard of shower- It was excellent! Top marks to the Killarney Oaks. What's rare is wonderful.

Breakfast and staff terrific. King bed very comfortable. Coffee supplied - no decaff.
Room was quite small for the cost (deluxe double king). If you don't eat meat the selection was small in the evening. Recommend Penne Vodka with Tagliatelli instead and the portobello mushroom as a main. Also the chowder! We were very boring and only ate in the hotel. We preferred the bar area to the restaurant behind the bar and watched 2 rugby games on the many TV screens in there. Hotel lobby uber grand. Glimpsed the Junior Bridal 'suite' and that looked wonderful. But we were not in there!

Beautiful and very spacious, very open layout and a seamless flow from one room to another. Simple and very effective, staff where very friendly and polite. Waiting staff where clearly well trained and knew exactly when to approach after being seated, they didn't hang around or bother you yet they always seemed to be close by. Location is about 10 minutes in a taxi from the town but you could easily walk it on a nice day and take in the beautiful views. Great location for the local concert hall, also great if staying "just outside the town" is what your looking for. There was families staying and it appears they seemed to be having fun although I didn't notice anything for children to be entertained by, that said I wasn't exactly looking either. Overall view, great value for money and lovely professional staff.

Really nice Hotel that has a grand lobby and is well maintained. Rooms were big and comfy, breakfast was a good buffet spread and there is plenty of parking. There is a bar attached to the Hotel and the food menu is quite good. It is a short drive into Town, and if you like you can hire a bike from around the corner and cycle around Killarney/Muckross Lake for 20 Euros for the day (recommend it).
Slightly far to get to Killarney if you don't have a car, but if you cycle it is ok.

Killarney never disappoints , and the Oaks is a nice hotel . Comfortable rooms , spacious and airy . Well appointed.
Evening food is lacklustre. Pizza was tasteless , the cardboard box it was presented in might have tasted better ! Very expensive when compared to the service provided

We stayed one night bed and breakfast, had a nice room and the beds were very comfortable, The Buffet breakfast had plenty of options
We were there to attend an event at the INEC, however there is no footpath on that side of the road on the walk back to the hotel, while this was fine on a dry summers night on a wet winters one, this could be different

Very modern & very very clean !! Not too far from INEC arena as we were at a concert!
Most staff were niceish but not greatly informative, for example we didn't pay for breakfast, room only, at the reception we were told if we do want to have breakfast we can go in & we'd be looked after never mentioned we needed prepay at reception & then we can go(I personally assumed, after I was told we'd be served we'd just settle the payment at checkout) Not a huge issue just an inconvenience as we waited in a queue for a little while & then had to queue again. Some of the food at the restaurant the evening before was very poor quality but some were 100%. Not sure if I'd chance it again
