From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. Their attention to detail made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is a chic, modern boutique that combines style with comfort in a way that makes you never want to leave. The food? Simply unreal. The breakfast spread was absolutely out of this world – fresh, delicious, and full of variety. Room service was a game-changer, delivering piping hot meals straight to my door with impeccable timing. Every bite was perfect. The room was always spotless, with daily cleaning and fresh towels, and it was restocked with plenty of water and toiletries to keep things fresh. I can't recommend this place enough – a truly memorable experience from start to finish!

Perfect location to the INEC. We stayed in the Victoria for 1 night. We also ate in the Ivy Lounge. The staff were very polite and professional. Megan checked us in and out and was very welcoming. A rally man whose name I didn't catch served us at dinner, again very professional, polite and attentive without bring overbearing. The food in the Ivy Lounge was perfect, really good food,presented really well. The room itself was lovely, clean, good size with everything we needed. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was also very good, and our server Carrie was so nice. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting the area.

A few items within the room were a little tired, but didn't cause any issues as such.

Great location for going to a show in the INEC as well as to explore Killarney national park. Bedroom very comfortable and shower was amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful both at reception as well as service staff at breakfast.

Normal check out time is noon and we paid extra for late check out of 1pm. At quarter to 12 household staff entered the room without knocking or checking if occupied. I brought this up during check out and receptionist was apologetic of the mistake that was made which was appreciated but felt as it was before normal check out it should never have been an issue. Was more of an annoyance than a reflection on the hotel itself and its staff

We have stayed here before but not since the extension. What an amazing transformation! The reception area was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the new extended dining room with it beautifully apportioned furnishings was very stylish. Our room was absolutely stunning and much larger than expected and the bed was so comfortable! The receptionist was very helpful and friendly and made a dinner reservation for us on arrival. As always Dinner was excellent! Breakfast was included and I have to say was delicious! I asked for a Gluten free option and was offered a scone, which was served warm and was the best gluten free scone I had ever eaten, I had to ask for a second one, which wasn’t a problem at all. I’m presuming they were home made. Wonderful relaxing stay with lovely warm staff and surroundings!

Hotel style is classy. It is a beautiful hotel to stay in. Only a few minutes drive from the town of Killarney. Located beside the Gleneagle. We stayed there as we attended a gig at the INEC so it was perfect location. The room was small but classy. Everything we needed was provided. Very cosy and comfortable. The bar was cosy and all staff in hotel were very welcoming and friendly, especially Maura the receptionist at the time we stayed. Our breakfast was included and was exceptional. Very cosy breakfast area and the staff could not have been more accommodating serving our breakfast. The food was delicious and served freshly baked scones/pastries, all served up straight away and staff ensured we received top ups of tea, juices etc. very impressed with our stay. We will definitely be back.

Only criticism I could give is the car park is small but we still managed to get a space.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. From the minute we arrived to such a beautiful building covered in ivy, to the warm welcome from the reception staff, to the delicious food and amazing attention to detail throughout the hotel. The hotel is cosy, yet modern and beautifully decorated. Our room was comfortable - the best bed ever and the bathroom spacious with a fab shower. Breakfast and dinner were delicious - such yummy food and beautifully presented. Staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Chatty and genuinely asking about our day and giving us advice on places to go. Location was also perfect. Walking distance to the main town (Killarney about 25 mins away) and on the door step to loads of sights and walks around the national park. A must stay - we were so sad to leave and will definitely be back 💕

Nothing to dislike about the hotel - everything was amazing.

Everything. The staff were always smiling, cheerful and helpful. Even the cleaners went out of their way to stop us and double check when we passed them if we wanted new complimentary water bottles and towels. The breakfast was delicious and the dinner at the Ivy was great too. Loved the location being right between town and the Killarney national park. The e-bike hire place being right next door is great!

Only thing that disappointed us was we asked to stay an extra night which they kindly were able to accommodate in a different room. We were upgraded to a room that we liked but it had no smart tv like the previous one. No Netflix for the end of the day which we were looking forward to

The property was excellent for our stay we were in Killarney for the Irish Dancing World Championships in the INEC and The Victoria was an excellent location wonderful staff Maura was so lovely when we checked in and so helpful the food was delicious and the breakfast was excellent with the staff being so attentive we have stayed in so many properties in Killarney over the years and this was by far our favourite we will be returning next year we highly recommend this property

This is a very special hotel. The staff throughout were professional, warm and genuine. The food whether in the bar or breakfast was first class. The breakfast standards where you were served each course we have not experienced before. The attention to detail was 5 star and it is impossible to overstate what a lovely family run hotel and experience this was. The decor was sumptuous with lounges on each floor, spacious car park and beautiful rooms. Would not consider anywhere else to stay when we return to Killarney

If only we could have stayed longer

What a beautiful property! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Victoria. The front desk staff gave us a warm welcome and the room exceeded our expectations. We rented bikes and explored Killarney National Park and were thrilled to see that The Victoria was just a few doors down from the bike rental shop. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing to complain about here! Parking was plentiful, grounds were lovely. We didn't eat on property during our stay, so I can't speak about the restaurant. Hard to imagine it was anything but top notch as well.
