Beautiful hotel. Beds were really comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. . Bathroom was very spacious with big shower, which had good water pressure. The room itself was decorated very nicely. Overall a great room. We couldn't praise the staff more, they all presented as warm, friendly and helpful, really made us feel welcome. Breakfast was lovely, , the breakfast staff were very attentive and nothing too much of a bother, good selection on breakfast menu including separate vegan menu which was great and alternative milks were available. The location of the hotel was perfect as we were able to go morning walks in the national park after breakfast and in the morning in the field across the street there were deer grazing which was just such a lovely peaceful view. We absolutely loved our stay here.

Breakfast food quality was amazing. We tried about everything and all were great. Best bed we had in Ireland. The staff was very accommodating and helpful with tips. They suggested that we get reservations on a "bank holiday" weekend and we forgot. When we couldn't get in anywhere last minute, they let us order their restaurant food in the breakfast area outside of the restaurant. I suggest to book any trips through the hotel because Deros Tours will pick you up and drop you off at the hotel.

It was a 1.3 mile walk to city center. Normally not a problem but in the days we were hiking all over so it was a lot. There is a bike rental that we could have but didn't use. We did get a taxi once which was easy.

4* Hotel with 5* class. I'm not one for doing reviews but i felt I had to with this Hotel. Exceptional hospitality, never experienced a kind of warmth and friendliness from EVERYONE in this beautiful Hotel. Amazing place, room was bright, decor vibrant, bathroom spotless and a very comfortable King size bed. The Courtyard restaurant was very clean with a great variety of food and drink to choose from. You won't be disappointed if you book a stay here. Thanks to Maura who greeted us at reception and showed us around the whole hotel before taking us to our room.

The accommodation staff were so nice and had smiles all the time The hotel, The decor The rooms all amazing, I was just blown away by everything. The relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel was amazing. The beds were so comfortable. The room was warm from time we checked in to when we left. Bottled water beside the bed. I COULD GO ON. A charming boutique hotel offering cozy rooms, exceptionally friendly staff, a superb breakfast, and an excellent restaurant. Ideally situated just outside Killarney, it provides the perfect balance—close enough to the town while still offering a peaceful retreat from the bustle. The restaurant is outstanding with a warm, inviting atmosphere and excellent food and drinks. The staff - especially John - were extremely friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making our dinner a truly delightful experience. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Perfect location to the INEC. We stayed in the Victoria for 1 night. We also ate in the Ivy Lounge. The staff were very polite and professional. Megan checked us in and out and was very welcoming. A rally man whose name I didn't catch served us at dinner, again very professional, polite and attentive without bring overbearing. The food in the Ivy Lounge was perfect, really good food,presented really well. The room itself was lovely, clean, good size with everything we needed. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was also very good, and our server Carrie was so nice. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting the area.

From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. Their attention to detail made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is a chic, modern boutique that combines style with comfort in a way that makes you never want to leave. The food? Simply unreal. The breakfast spread was absolutely out of this world – fresh, delicious, and full of variety. Room service was a game-changer, delivering piping hot meals straight to my door with impeccable timing. Every bite was perfect. The room was always spotless, with daily cleaning and fresh towels, and it was restocked with plenty of water and toiletries to keep things fresh. I can't recommend this place enough – a truly memorable experience from start to finish!

Great location for going to a show in the INEC as well as to explore Killarney national park. Bedroom very comfortable and shower was amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful both at reception as well as service staff at breakfast.

Normal check out time is noon and we paid extra for late check out of 1pm. At quarter to 12 household staff entered the room without knocking or checking if occupied. I brought this up during check out and receptionist was apologetic of the mistake that was made which was appreciated but felt as it was before normal check out it should never have been an issue. Was more of an annoyance than a reflection on the hotel itself and its staff

The room was lovely with all the amenities we required. Room was spotless and comfortable. All staff were so friendly and welcoming. A highlight of our stay was Maura, who was so friendly and a lovely presence to have in the hotel. She was so personable and we stopped to chat every time we saw her! A brilliant stay, I’ll definitely be back

While breakfast was lovely I think there are some slight improvements to be made. I got the avocado and eggs and it was nice, but quite a small portion and a little cold.

We have stayed here before but not since the extension. What an amazing transformation! The reception area was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the new extended dining room with it beautifully apportioned furnishings was very stylish. Our room was absolutely stunning and much larger than expected and the bed was so comfortable! The receptionist was very helpful and friendly and made a dinner reservation for us on arrival. As always Dinner was excellent! Breakfast was included and I have to say was delicious! I asked for a Gluten free option and was offered a scone, which was served warm and was the best gluten free scone I had ever eaten, I had to ask for a second one, which wasn’t a problem at all. I’m presuming they were home made. Wonderful relaxing stay with lovely warm staff and surroundings!
