Having previously stayed at this lovely hotel over the years, I was seriously impressed with the recent renovation to the bedrooms and reception area, no expense spared! Beautiful interior decor and high end luxury. We were greeted by the friendly door staff, who rushed to help with our luggage and guided us to reception where we were greeted with smiling faces and offered a welcome drink. Breakfast is table service (no buffet!) everything cooked to order and what a treat awaited us each morning in a gorgeous dining room. Dinner each evening didn’t disappoint either. The staff are excellent, extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. The house keeping team kept our beautiful suite tip top! Well done! The location is walking distance around town, but super quiet at night. Shout out to Norma on reception and all the Killarney Park staff. Can’t wait to return to see the final renovation’s planned for the Spa and other areas.

There is no covered outside area to sit and enjoy the garden, would be appreciated especially during rain showers. Not a complaint! Just a recommendation.

The hotel was exceptional in every way. The staff from the moment you walk in is exceedingly helpful and go out of their way to ensure everything is perfect. Breakfast was amazing at Peregrine, dinner there was one of the best we've had in Ireland and the bar after a long day was friendly and welcoming. We didn't use the other amenities, but beautiful pool, sauna/hot tub and spa onsite. Extremely easy and safe to walk downtown Killarney, which is Ireland's pleasantville.

Nothing, everything was exceptional.

The woman who checked us in was wonderful. She offered us a chance to upgrade to the newly remodeled room for a slightly higher price....which we took. This proved to work out fantastic as the room was larger, had a nice fireplace and many amenities such as push button control of shades and room lights. Breakfast was great and part of room price. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Workout room was nice.

Can't think of anything we didn't like...really a nice stay other than maybe a bit pricey but you get what you pay for..

Exceptional. Every part it is truly a 5 star hotel and the staff were so kind and helpful. Wish I could have stayed here the whole trip.

The shower is set up in a way where there is not a complete shower door, so when you take a shower the water overflows into the bathroom a bit. Think this can be solved with a small barrier at the base of the shower. But truly other than that the hotel was perfection.

Great location, walking distance to great pubs, shops and restaurants, loved the fireplace in our room, breakfast was off the charts, literally the best we had in Ireland, staff was amazing and super helpful, we would 100% stay here again!

We were so looking forward to sitting in the library our final night but when we walked in, there was a large group in there with lots of kids and a baby, not the vibe we were looking for.

Breakfasts were exceptional with many choices beyond the buffet. Always fresh and the coffee and specials were always hot. The doormen were on the spot whenever I needed my car or information regarding the town, points of interest and directions.

The only problem we had was understanding and operating the air conditioning in our room. The problem was quickly solved by one of the staff who cheerfully came to our room.

It was beautifully decorated and meticulously kept.

The glass on the bathroom door was fluted. Sitting on the toilet, you can feel like people can see you. Which they cannot, but you may feel that way. Also, the first night, our meal was delayed and we couldn’t find our waitress. Every meal after that was perfect.

The staff was incredible! The bed I’ve never slept so good trying to find a bed to purchase like that. The facilities were amazing and the bar area was great, especially when we can have dinner at the bar.. But I would say the concierge and the baggage assistance were beyond exceptional.

That after a shower, we couldn’t get the steam out so we could use a bathroom to put on our make up

From the moment we pulled into the gates of the hotel we were greeted with a smile and an traditional Irish Welcome. The staff make this hotel special. We have eaten in the Garden Bar previously and have always been impressed with the service but a night in the hotel takes this to another level. Other hotels with lesser facilities should take their staff to this hotel and spend a night to show what excellence looks like and how exceptional customer service adds to a visit. We had stopped for a drink a nearby hotel for a drink before checking in to the Killarney Park. The contrast in service was night and day. The management team of the Killarney Park should be exceptionally proud of what their team are delivering, it is truly special.

I think the hotel needs a little modernisation in places but whatever it lacks in modern facilities it is far surpassed by the ambiance and staff professionalism.

Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our room was a good size. The hotel is spotless, very comfortable and in excellent condition. The food in the bar was fabulous. The atmosphere in bar and lobby is very relaxing, lots of comfy seating. You can walk to the park and into town in a few minutes. Excellent location. There's also lovely grounds around the hotel. The outdoor jacuzzi and spa area at the pool are lovely.

I would prefer a buffet breakfast. The pool was a little cold for kids. I would say this hotel is more suited to couples rather than families with smaller kids, even though we felt very welcome.
