Friendly staff, super comfy beds, spotless room, plenty of space in room and bathroom.

No kettle in the room, had to use coffee machine for hot water but as husband had just had coffee it took forever to run enough water through so the water wasn't coffee flavoured. Then no milk in rooms, had to call reception for milk which took 10 minutes by which time my cup of tea was cold. Such a little thing but I just wanted a cuppa after our long drive and at the price paid for room don't think that's too much to ask!

We had a lovely stay at the Ross Hotel. It was just a pity we couldn't stay longer. It was really nice to meet Martina on Reception. She was very pleasant, hospitable and helpful. Especially when Magaret confused her on what room we were staying in. The Hotel itself is lovely, nice decor and ambience. Very comfortable bed and room. And ideally located. Also, the availability of parking across the road in the Killarney Park is great. We will definitely stay at the Ross the next time we are in Killarney. Keep up the good work.

We loved everything about The Ross. This place was incredible. My husband and I had our jaws drop when we checked into our room because it was so beautiful. The fireplace really put the room over the top. So pretty, so cozy, and so clean. Killarney was such a great town too. We were within walking distance from a bike rental and got to see the entire national park which was beautiful. We loved the surrounding restaurants and we got appetizers and drinks from the restaurant within the hotel too which was sooo good. The hostess was able to squeeze us in for that without even having a booking on a very busy night. So nice of her!! This place exceeded our expectations by a mile!

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Ross. 💯💯 It’s very economical and available facilities are unmatched around the area at given prices. Staff was so good and helpful. They organised tours with no hassle and took care of us in the best possible manner. Swimming pool and spa at Killarney park was an absolute delight with open air hot bath just a cherry on top. I will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

The facilities were clean and wonderfully/uniquely decorated. The staff was friendly, helpful and informative. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom area was great with a big soaking tub and separate shower. The breakfast area was fun to eat in due to the decor and fresh tasty options such as poached eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, granola, oatmeal, toast, bacon, etc. The location was very handy for day trips to the Dingle Peninsula, Killarney National Park and for just walking around the town with all of its shops and restaurants.

Staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are spotlessly clean and even have Sky Sports channels. Car parking is easy and free by parking at the sister hotel only 100 yards down the road. The location is excellent being only a short walk to the town centre or to the country park. Could not fault this hotel in any way.

Room was very comfortable and had a nice aspect. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel location was perfect and parking in the Killarney Park worked out perfectly.

I wasn’t that keen on the breakfast room in the basement… it felt a bit claustrophobic without any natural light.

Excellent location right next to the main streets of Killarney! The room was comfortable and it was nice to have the choice of air conditioning since it had been unusually hot that week. Parking was provided at a sister hotel just down the street. Breakfast was very reasonable...we opted for the 10 Euro continental breakfast and was surprised to see it included unlimited muffins and breads, huge bowls of fruit, yoghurt and granola, coffee and juices. Well worth it!

There was a discrepancy in the price paid upon arrival. Evidently when we went from 3 rooms down to 2, we no longer had to pay about $450 for the third room, but we still had to pay $50 per person, per day to put 4 people instead of two into the room with 2 queen beds, and still had to pay an additional $200. I still don't understand why you have to pay $200 more for the same exact room, just because 2 more people are staying in there, especially when breakfast and other things are not included in the price?

We had a junior suite at the corner of the building. It had brightly modern comfortable and stylish chairs, a gas fireplace, electric blinds, and night lights down the steps to the bathroom and in the bathroom. The bathtub was also deep and big enough for 2! The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly. Also, could use the free parking and spa/pool facilities of the sister restaurant, which was a block away.

Tough to park in front to unload, since there are only 2 spots, which is east for 1 car to get into and a one lane street in front with lots of traffic all the time.

This property was wonderful from the moment we walked in. I travel quite a bit and can be picky about hotel stays. This hotel was fabulous. The rooms were beautiful and spotless, the staff was amazing and the location perfect. I could not find one thing wrong with our stay here.
