The hotel had just opened after being closed through January. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the room was nicely presented and quiet.

I don't like when hotels don't include breakfast. It's extra!

Close to everything, clean room, friendly staff

Room had stairs on stairs on doors on doors to get to the rooms, felt very maze like. Parking was impossible. This location does NOT have parking and should not be advertised as if it does or it’s just a “hassle”. No there’s pay parking (not overnight) and paid street parking which no spots will be available during the day(free overnight but switches to pay at 8am)

I really liked this hotel. It is close to everything. Everything is within walking distance. The farthest I had to walk was about 15 minutes. Staff was great and both of my room were great. I stayed 2 nights and they had to move me the second night because I booked a second night that morning at the hotel. My first room was nice, but my second room was great. I will book this hotel again if I go to Killarney again.

The sink was a little hard to turn off in my first room. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Room was a little warm but it was 80°F (27°C) so that’s not bad. It says fans are provided but I didn’t want one. Parking is confusing I just paid to park in the lot behind the hotel. There was construction going on near my second room on another building but it was only during the day so not bad. The walk to my room was a little far and a lot of steps but it was manageable.

Probably the best thing about the Eviston House Hotel is its location. Right in the middle of all the pubs and shops of Killarney. The hotel has parking for most of residents and behind the hotel (through the parking area) is a massive car lot for Tesco and dozens of shops. The hotel is fully integrated into Danny O’Brians pub and restaurant. We used both on our short stay. I had the Guinness stew and my wife had the soup and brown bread. The meal was the perfect way to finish a 15,000+ step day in Killarney. The bedroom was massive - two queen beds and a large bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. Very relaxing. I highly recommend the Eviston.

Staff was beyond helpful. We were given detailed directions to the parking area. The staff was very patient as we asked clarifying question sometimes two or three times. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The bathroom was spacious but the shower surround was not efficient. Water soaked the floor with each shower; however, the water pressure was great. We ate in the hotel dining area and had the very best Guinness stew (casserole). Simply delicious as was the dessert! Thank you for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Fantastic location. I encountered the most wonderful night porter I've ever come across. His name was Seamus and after a long trip I was starving and had food that I needed microwaving but my room didn't have one. He heated it for me and dropped it to my room accompanied with a bowl and cutlery, he was extremely mannerly and pleasant. My room was so comfortable wow, I had an amazing sleep. Lovely clean bed, nice shower in the morning aswell. It was incredible value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel. I will likely stay again in the future.

Location was great - easy walk to many restaurants, shops, train, etc. We hiked back from Ross Castle - pleasant walk. Staff was super helpful in cleaning up our luggage mess.

Need a better process for securing luggage if people arrive early or checkout and then would like to come back to get luggage at end of day. My backpack was inadvertently taken by a different group. Luggage needs to be secured, labeled and give the owner a ticket for retrieval that matches the label. This shouldn’t have happened.

Had issue getting back inside hotel one night. One person working at night for entire hotel. They leave a note on the door with a telephone number to call. i didn't know the "+" is required prior to the phone number. Couldn't get a hold of anyone. Eventually, the employee saw us wandering around outside and let us in. He was very nice.

Location is ideal for night out in Killarney Added bonus was the parking It was also very quiet we stayed in room 117 and we were presently surprised how quiet it was even managed to sleep till 10.30.whixh never happens in hotels.

The first visions after parking car and walking through what looked like an old night club through to reception were a bit unsightly . Lighting in the room was not great but luckily natural light was great on this day.

The location in Killarney was excellent, very central and easy to walk everywhere. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The room was very large, especially compared to our hotel in Dublin. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was a bit confusing. There were two rooms, one with more table-service style dining and another with a small hot buffet. We accidentally went to the table service area and would have preferred the other.
