Location, location, location! And SPACE! This accomodation was humongous and had everything! We loved the washer in room, the drying rack we could use outside to get some fresh air, the kitchen utensils, coffee cups, and refrigerator, and tons of space to relax. Parking was nice and secure. It was FABULOUS for a family, and perfect to walk into town in a super safe area!

It didn't look as modern or artistically presented in real life as it did in the pictures, and there was a lingering cigarette smell outside the door/in the complex, so at first glance I was a little disappointed. But after I got over that, I realized what a great place it was. Lots of space, tons to do in a 5 minute walk, including a playground and park, loads of shopping and fantastic dining.

Superb location right in the centre of town yet quiet at night. The complimentary parking is a real bonus as the it can be trick to find parking in the town. The aparatments were spotless and very well equipped with all we needed for a weekend stay. Very comfortable spacious bedrooms. Check in was really easy and staff were very accommodating when we needed to change our arrival time, very prompt response when I emailed in advance.

The only very minor quibble was that the couch and furniture in one of the apartments, 202, was not the most comfortable but it didn't really bother us as we were out and about most of of the time.

Excellent location, a few minutes' walk from the centre of Killarney. Every apartment (I'd booked 4) was clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The staff were helpful and friendly. They booked a taxi to the airport for us and provided a safe space to leave our baggage after check-out.

The foyer in our apartment block stank of stale cigarette smoke. I appreciate that this is down to guests ignoring the rules, but perhaps encourage people to go outside for their nicotine hit by providing a covered smoking shelter (after all, it does rain - a lot - in Killarney!)

Great location, lift access everywhere and right in the heart of Killarney with on-site parking. Good sized apartment, including kitchen and laundry facilities.

Had to move the double bed away from the wall to gain access on that side. No air-conditioning, though could open the window & back door. The water pressure wasn't the best, surging on & off and annoying whistling in the pipes. The washing/dryer machine only washed, i.e., some light items dried on the clothes rack, but needed to take heavy items to the laundromat. In saying that, one of the very helpful receptionists said they would dry our clothes for us.

Comfy, clean, modern, and quiet 2 bedroom apartment with on-site free parking and excellent location - restaurants, grocery store, shops just outside the building. The bedrooms are roomy and 2.5 bathrooms are beautiful- marble floor and walls, high-end fixtures etc. Great value for the money especially for 4 adults. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There's a complimentary use of the pool and spa at its sister hotel just 5 minutes walk away on High Street - unfortunately, we were too tired at the end of the day to enjoy the facility. Definitely staying here again next time we go back to Killarney and perhaps stay longer.

No dishwasher but there is a washing machine.

It started with a lovely, warm welcome from all the girls behind reception. Then we were brought up to our apartment where we got a very detailed tour of our abode for the weekend. Any time we called to reception with a question or query, the staff could not be more helpful and always had the right answers for us, which made our visit even better. I know I marked excellent under the cleanliness category, but I have never stayed in cleaner accommodation. Location was ideal, not to near the centre but definitely not too far. The next time I visit killarney, I will certainly be hoping to stay with you in Park Place apartments. 12 out of 10, and thanks very much

Location is great. Easy walk, half a block to downtown and shopping. Was a great experience - would strongly recommend this property. There were four of us traveling and we couldn’t have been happier with everything - especially the location. We had a late arrival, I notified the hotel and they left clear instructions on how to find the lock box and get the keys. My only suggestion would be to have clear instructions posted in the apartment or in the email about check out. It was listed what time check was, but we left early and the office wasn’t open, so I left the keys in the mail box - hope that was okay.

Very well positioned and well appointed. Rooms with their own ensuites were very comfortable with a separate kitchen and lounge area. Easy to relax in lounge after a busy day and great breakfast/kitchen area for eating. Staff were great though it would have been helpful to be advised lift was available. We were shown through access gate 3 but not advised lift access through access gate 4. In any case helped with the fitness in lugging our cases up 3 flights of stairs from underground Carpark. Our fault, we should have asked !! Really enjoyable stay.

Very nice apartments in a pleasant house in the center of Killarney. Very well-equipped kitchen. Although there was no dishwasher, there were supplies for washing dishes by hand. The apartments also had a washing machine and iron. We are a large family, so we used two apartments, one of which had a terrace on the top floor, was very bright, and had an amazing view. Both apartments were spacious, well-equipped, and clean. We would love to stay there again on our next visit to Killarney.

Excellent parking & location. The kitchen was well equiped & Great to have a washing machine. One member of staff ( unfortunately I didn’t get her name) was outstanding and fixed a problem with the water pump to the bathroom as soon as she heard that I had a problem.

Unfortunately I didn’t notice the water pump problem until after hours. Could not get a response from after hours numbers. Reported it the next morning but when I returned late afternoon it still wasn’t working.,Thankfully when I went to the desk the ‘outstanding’ lady was there. She came to the room & fixed it in minutes.
