The place was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Lovely lounge room overlooking the river. Very peaceful. Staff very friendly and nice.

No tv in the room. Shower head could not be removed. Poor quality beans used. Small double bed. Slide door to bathroom with gap could not lock.

The staff was absolutely lovely and helpful. We were offered towels, duvets, hairdryer if we needed. We were asked if the room was warm enough which it was (for us anyway). We were offered to change our towels or sheets if needed but they don't it everyday if you don't ask which is smarter. we were staying for 3 nights so we did not need our bed sheets changed daily. It is more eco friendly. I appreciated that! The lounge with fire place and view on the river is so nice. There is a car park. I loved the pancakes and porridge for breakfast! The water for the shower was also warm! The B&B is situated 5 minutes walking fron Gleneagle hotel/INEC which was perfect for the Gathering, 10 minutes walk from the National park and 15minutes walk from Killarney city center. We did not use it but you can order a taxi as it is not far away.

I want to point out before making some criticism that I don't know how to run a B&B and the things they can face or deal with. Some suggestions : it could have been nice to have a kettle with a few teabags and coffee so we could enjoy the lounge instead of going to a coffee shop. It did not bother me as I had other stuffs to do but wifi did not work in the bedroom. And for some people, be careful there is no TV, not in the room we had anyway. I did not mind as there are plenty to do during the day and at night. And last thing which seems a bit silly : no glass in the bathroom to rinse after teeth brushing ah ah ah.

Room for three with beautiful views of the river. The room was clean and bright. Breakfast was full irish with tea/coffee and orange juice and was perfect. The b&b is within walking distance to the inec . The owner and staff were lovely. We did enjoy our time here, and the negatives are minor and wouldn't stop us from booking again so long as it was for one night and without the children.

The bed was too hard for me, so I woke a few times in the night to turn over, but it would be perfect for anyone with a bad back . There was no tv, that didn't really bother us on this trip as we were not in the room much . There was no kettle in the room.

Killarney view house B & B was a delight to stay in. Mary and her staff were lovely, friendly, And helpful. We loved having a chat with them. The B & B was in a great spot overlooking the river. Great warm comfy sitting room to chat and enjoy the view. Breakfast was outstanding, cooked to perfection with pots of lovely hot tea. Our stay was faultless and we cannot wait to go back. Central to Killarney, The INEC concert arena. Beautiful resturants close by. Really reasonable prices. As you can tell we Loved it. Thank you mary and staff for the Craic. Love from Vincey and Ann.💌

Everything was perfect

Beautiful view of the river. The size of the room and the location to town center. Location close enough to walk to town center - Breakfast room and Lounge were very nice, clean and welcoming. Mary and other staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

There were NO shelves or cabinets in the bathroom. Great size bathroom but no where to put toiletries, hairstyling items/products or book/phone etc. There was a pedestal sink but very small and could only hold a toothbrush Not even a hairbrush. Room heat was not accessible to control ourselves and was turned off at 11:00p.m.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay in this quiet, but well located, and under new management, B&B a short walk from the town centre. We loved the views over the river from our room (very clean and tidy) and all the public rooms. The full Irish breakfast lived up to expectations, and the staff were charming and most helpful, providing tea making facilities on request. Parking at the house was no problem, especially as we stayed over a busy weekend in Killarney for the annual Irish BikeFest. Happy to recommend it for a no frills, but very good value, stay.

We liked everything the hostess was truly amazing and the food was truly fantastically good and the full Irish breakfast to die for and breakfast was served beautifully and very fast by the very efficient and lovely hospitality caterer and cook. All in all a truly fantastic and very enjoyable time there by us all and thoroughly recommend a stay there!!

It was a lovely one night stay with enough room for comfort in a quadruple room. The host was very lovely and made sure to assist us with anything we needed. Parking was easy and there was a fantastic view of the river in the lounge room area with a nice fire pit to stay warm. Very good location for what we were looking to do while in Killarney.

The only thing if I were to be picky was the shower pressure was pretty light.

The staff was particularly friendly. The room was comfortable and clean, and it had an unbelievable view of the Flesk River. It was very peaceful there. We loved the breakfast, and again, the view while having breakfast was just lovely. Overall, very happy with our stay.

I requested tea and coffee in the room and there wasn’t any, hostess was really nice so we didn’t was to make an issue of it. An extra pillow in the room would be great.
