Lovely stay here...comfortable, clean and adequate...in a great location to INEC
So disappointed to hear that a week later, after our stay, the premises has now been taken over for all male asylum seekers.. So no longer will I book a room in this establishment in the future.. nor will my family or friends who are frequent visitors to Killarney...utterly disappointed..

The staff was exceptionally kind! The apartment was clean and had a spacious bathroom. Half of the beds where really nice, the other 3 where a bit too sturdy, one of which being a foldable bed. The included breakfast was great! Killarney was an amazing place to be and the hostess was right when she said Cork was a little less great because she was not there.
The toilet made a weird noise after flushing, which was quite loud. And all the beds where in the same room, it made it a bit crowded for 5 people, but if you are with the right people that should not be a problem.

Location was easy to find on the main road. The room was quite large with tea and coffee making facilities. The staff at check in were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, and we were able to order a hot breakfast from a menu. The property is with walking distance of groceries. There was not a lift at the property, all rooms are accessible by stairs only.
We did have trouble with the heating in the room, trying to regulate the temperature. My husband spoke to the staff and they were able to assist.

The staff were lovely and very sociable. A well located hotel for the town with a very good breakfast and plenty of parking. I would stay here again just to meet the staff. A lovely modern bathroom and an excellent shower, but the radiator was an old fitting and didn't work.
The radiator in the bathroom didn't work despite the heating coming on in the bedroom every evening.. The bedroom and some fittings were a little tired.

The lady who welcomed us was very kind and helpful, and the atmosphere was very family-friendly. Clean, the shower was good, and the view from the window was beautiful. The B&B was full of flowers, which made it even more charming. Breakfast was good :)
The bed was a little uncomfortable, and because we were in the front room, it was quite noisy even with the window closed. Anyway, it was one night. I really liked the place. We were very well welcomed.

This is a great hotel. Plenty of off-street parking (and more in the back, behind the building), big room, hot shower with excellent pressure. Complimentary coffee and tea in the room. Comfy bed. Friendly, helpful staff (special thanks to Lucia!). Breakfast was included by default: the Irish breakfast really touched the sides, but there are also other, lighter, options. In the neighbourhood: five minutes walk, a brewery with nine of their own beers and stouts and pizzas. If pizza's not your thing, there is a great restaurant and bar two minutes walk from the hotel. Great food AND draught beer. Heaven!
All good!

Glena House is a great location for exploring Killarney and the surrounding area. There is parking directly outside. It's about a 15- minute walk into town. Our room was fine. It was clean, and there were supplies for making tea and coffee. The breakfast was good, with a variety of options. We enjoyed our stay.
It would be nice if breakfast was served until 10am, considering check-out is at 11am, but it wasn't a problem. Taps in the bathroom were a bit noisy.

It is in a brilliant location and having parking outside the door is really great. The staff were absolutely fantastic. We were there for the bikefest and the hotel was very busy but really well organised, quick check in, very welcoming. Breakfast was great, big choice and everything full - we were mid sitting and a lot of hotels don’t re stock cereal and orange juice etc. which was great. We had a big Irish breakfast which was well cooked and not greasy - really delicious. The manageress who checked us in was also there at breakfast making sure things were ok - I unfortunately never got her name but she is great at her job.The room was nice and geared for tourists not people living in the room for the weekend. It was very clean and comfortable.the bathroom was spotless. We hope to be back next year all going well.
I had no issue. It is a mid market accommodation and well manage, welcoming, clean and good value for money.I enjoyed my stay and has no issues.

Very good location. Near enough to walk to the Killarney Brewing Co & sample their output, and just about manage to stroll back the 200 yards or so to the hotel. Generally the room was very quiet, apart from the occupants in the room directly above deciding to be quite annoying with dragging things around (God knows what) for too long and at random times, even after midnight - that was not the fault of the hotel (unless they had a storeroom above!). Hotel was easy to find aided by the obvious signage.
The people up above.

It was very comfortable and convenient. The proximity and distance of the town centre is great as well. with a good breakfast
My stay got off to a Trouble start with the confusion with the property next door with the same name which they used to own. Which now houses refugees, so imagine walking in with my luggage and their staff, wondering who I am, where I’m from and who sent me which is the question I was being asked over and over. After a bit of back-and-forth and a slightly flustered me, stressing that I need to check in. They realised it was the property next door and I was redirected. I then had to wait another 10 minutes to get checked in. I’m not going to lie, I was worried, but they turned it around. And I had a very comfortable stay.
