The price was excellent, well worth the comfort and elegance of the room simply outstanding! Bathroom and shower outstanding, cleanliness outstanding. My wife and I were total satisfied with every aspect of our one night stay. Had to catch an early flight and missed breakfast but did receive brown bag breakfast to go. Our wake up call at 6 00 am was perfect and our taxi ordered by Hotel arrived on time at 6 30 am. The hole experience was totally awesome!
We liked ever thing . Accept for the fact two week vacation was over and we were heading back to Canada early next morning.

Staff was helpful, friendly and patient. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. The restaurant food was delicious, and the service was excellent.
The only thing that happened during our stay was when I asked if there was a lounge or seating area, I was told no. Then the following day we discovered that in fact there is a very nice lounge / seating area.

Hotel Palace is in a great location, you can walk to the Malecon in about 5 minutes. The hotel staff is very friendly and competent and speaks very good English, we felt very welcome and comfortable. The room is big and beds are very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very good, with a variety of breads, fruits, meats, cheeses, cereals and yoghurts and much more.

The staff was very friendly, and accommodating. There is plenty of shopping and places to eat near the hotel. The breakfast was very good.Also the airport shuttle was very helpful.

Ideally situated for the number of city attractions in the area. The breakfast facilities were perfect and the room was our best surprise - we received an upgrade to a suite which enhanced our stay. Many thanks and our appreciaton.
