The hotel is kinda in a good location close to the Bên Thành very famous supermarket. I'm walking around with all of the store as I need to buy stuff. Meanwhile, the hotel has been changed and upgraded. I have seen some improvements. F.Y.I .This is my 3rd time to stay in this Hotel

It is more convenient or better if each room has two cards/key.

The staff were very helpful.

We booked a room with a window - the window was covered over and we were not able to see out. We had arrived before noon and stored our luggage until later when we could check in. When requested another room with a window they said the only one left was smaller. It faced on an alleyway but was at least large. We thought they should have saved us a room that fit what we’d reserved since they knew we had arrived. Also thought there should have been a price reduction.

Room is clean n air con is good. Location is at the heart of the city n close to many tourist spots. Transportation is easy, the last day I choose to take a local bus to airport that save me money. a

Sometime very lousy in the day time because of construction next door.

The manager at this hotel was very friendly and he helped my fiancee get scheduled for a pcr test. The hotel was located in district 1 which was very nice for going on tours as it was right next to the hotel outside. Rooms were cleaned every day and towels were replaced. Also gave some free amenities (tea, coffee, water, soap, toothbrush and comb, and shampoo). The staff was always willing to open the door if I was to leave the hotel or open the doors if I was entering.

Not much to dislike here. Wifi could have been faster, was a bit spotty in some areas, but overall it was fine.

The staff are extremely helpful. I broke my ankle in the midnight and they try to help with ice and oil.

Maybe the noise from outside, the walls are not thick enough. But maybe it's due to the construction beside.

This place is very clean and comfortable and located in the city centre. I even received a free upgrade to a room with a window.

The Internet speed was fluctuating, at times you could not load anything because it was so slow (even though they have separate connections for every floor, the internet for my floor was the worst, I ended up using the one above )

Location very near to Ben Thant market. A lot of eating place near this Hotel.

Was book 2 rooms. Room 309 bed (mattress spring came off near the side of the mattress) scratch a free time.

All way.when l go Vietnam. I like stay this hotel. Because very quiet and nice service

Make sure fill up soaps full . Because hard pump out when shower

Lovely hotel, clean,friendly staff, breakfast is lovely clean place, good value for money,in a great Location.I will stay in the sunrise hotel again in the future 😊
