plenty of parking.comfortable room.great that restaurant was open when we arrived.breakfast service great.manager excellent .

Pity there is no back door to access the carpark especially when it was raining.meal in evening was satisfactory.service was chaotic.manager looked not to be in control.don't feel it helped the young staff.waiting at door while 4staff passed without acknowledging we were waiting.some small training issues would really improve the dining experience.p.s it was not particularly busy at this time.bar busy at night.took seats in foyer but too cold to sit so evening cut short.

Came here for a one night stay. Was our second time here. Receptionists were really lovely and friendly on arrival. Hotel very clean and spacious and loads to do around the hotel. Room was beautifully done up to celebrate our engagement. Bar food was amazing on the Saturday evening.

Only a few negatives from our stay. The top of our wardrobe was caked in dust. Also, the breakfast buffet had limited options compared to the last time we stayed. No hash browns, no mushrooms , no tomatoes, no potato bread, no boxty. Definitely need these options for how busy it was.

Lovely decor Friendly staff Good breakfast

Felt it was over priced for a Sunday night stay we had to pay extra for breakfast and our youngest child (€55) as the booking only showed 3 staying instead of 4. There was an option to upgrade the room for a xtra cost but taught 2 double beds would be fine and that €210 euro for the night was enough to be paying. But the double beds weren’t standard doubles there were smaller. Myself and husband aren’t are big and for the 2 of us it required both of us to either lie on our sides or if one was to turn on their back their arm would have to hang out of the bed. Even the pillows were hanging out and lying against the lockers. Apart from That everything else was great

Reception was welcoming and very helpful. The bar staff was good and quick as it was very busy could do with more sitting in bar as we had to sit in lobby. The breakfast couldnt be any better as with 2 very fussy kids there was something for every one

Just need more seating in bar or open reasterant for seating when bar is full

Was very dissappointed that we were given a totally different menu from others in the hotel. Have been eating there for years and always love the salmon. Cannot understand why we couldn't get the same menu as everyone else. No problem paying as always. No explaination. Felt discrimination for some reason. Stayed 2 nights. Was very unhappy and let down with what happened both nights. Price didn't matter. Please explain!

Been at numerous country nights etc over the years this was my first time staying and it won’t be my last! Absolutely fantastic and excellent value for money exactly what we wanted, a clean room and a good breakfast the morning after. Even had tea and sandwiches after the dance! Will definitely be back. My family booked 7 rooms and got given an excellent deal of bed breakfast dinner and into the dance so definitely very happy with our stay

Couldn’t fault it one bit

Amazing building with so many different communal areas, bars, live music etc. I think we had breakfast in 3 different rooms during our 5 day stay. There is av vibe of old times, but all facilities were modern. This hotel stands out as exceptional to me compared to most others with a nice combo of old and new.

I did not mind, but there was music until quite late from the live music below.

What a fabulous hotel!!!! The place is absolutely gorgeous with a lovely,friendly atmosphere. It's exceptionally clean and tidy and modern. The staff is just wonderful especially Jason. The food is excellent and the breakfast is simply devine!! You wouldnt leave hungry!!! Its beside all shops amd amenities and you have a fabuloys view of the sea. I cannot find one fault with this hotel!! Would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay on the wild Atlantic way!!!

Friendly staff, great decor, comfortable beds, great value breakfast, free parking on site.

Bathroom fan exceptionally noisy which wasn't an issue until night time when we'd wake each other up going to the bathroom. There was a led mirror in the bathroom which would have been great to turn during the night but you weren't able to do so unless you turned on the main light/fan. Could not connect to the WiFi no matter how many times we tried via the hotel sign up page.

We had the pleasure of staying in this hotel for 2 days. I booked 2 rooms for rhe 1st nite and decided to stay on for another nite.. We had to go to a different room the 2nd nite but it was even better than the previous. Clean spacious and very comfortable. The price was reasonable as I able to pay for 2 rooms for the price of 1 at another establishment. The quality of the Allingham was superior to the other hotel. Can't wait to stay there again👍👍👍
