The location was nice and as described The staff was friendly and helpful The restaurant service and food was tasty The general layout was spacious The peace/quiet/silence was a welcome change from the hustle/bustle of the city.

Nothing majorly. The wood in the bathroom is heavily eaten by white ants, but they minded their own business and stayed hidden underground. :) being next to a river in the monsoon, the humidity must be around 85-90%. The bathrooms corners could be cleaned better for residue, but they were quite usable. While it's nice to be secluded, it's a good 3-4 kmts from the the center of the city, so a 2 or 4 wheeler is required, if one intends to leave the property.

The stay was exceptionally beautiful and the arrangements were top notch. We reached quite early but the front desk was happy to accommodate us with zero hesitation which really impressed us and we extended our stay for one more day for this very reason. The outdoor arrangement here is very vibrant and soothing which makes this place a must visit. This location is convenient if someone is planning to go to the Casino as you will reach there in max 10-11 mins by two or four wheeler. Breakfast and lunch were decent. The view from the room covers the entire deck so one can sit in their AC room and enjoy the view just as much by sitting outside.

Honestly nothing to dislike about this property.

The breakfast was quite nice with fresh fruits, eggs to order and tasty uttapam and chole bhature. Breakfast spread was really good but some juice or black tea would be nice. I am lactose intolerant and there was no option presented in the buffet. However, I did request for some juice and was served kokum juice which was Quite delicious. But I would suggest the buffet have a juice or black tea/black coffee option. Otherwise the rooms, the ambience, the location were really great. If you like a nice quite place not too far from crowds then this is it. We even enjoyed a live music session on a saturday night. Its pet friendly and everyone was really helpful. They do not have an elevator but were really gracious and gave our elderly family members a room on the ground floor. All the rooms were very nice and accompanied by beautiful balconies. Overall a great experience.

The cashew feny was not good, seemed watered down but the food in general was freshly prepared and tasty. A word to the wise, the meals take time to be served so it is a good idea to order dinner with atleast 45 minutes in hand.

Peaceful location , affordable , lovely view , clean and spacious room and bathroom, staff was polite and helpful

Breakfast option was very limited , the room receives a lot of light in the early morning and a lamp outside the room keeps the room partially lit through the night. For sleepers who prefer complete darkness it may be a little disturbing. The balcony door which brings in all the light in the day could be covered with a curtain.

Much more beautiful in real than in pics (The pics on booking.com are not updated). Misu - the river-facing resturant where they serve breakfast and lunch is a soothing place for the traveler soul. Staff is helpful and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Special mention to RK and Ayodhya. I just missed a swimming pool over looking the river.

Yes as mentioned, the property is exactly in the bank of wide beautiful Mandovi river, the rooms are all facing to the river, several seating arrangements are available on the banks, where you can sit and have dinner or breakfast, the backyards are well arranged, with good lighting (however for those who need to go for a drink one important missing item, I noticed  is non availability of bar facilities) . The complimentary breakfast they offered is a compact one with less varieties, however what they offered were all good/hygiene and tasty. Very important behaviour which we have never experienced anywhere, and hence never forgets too is that; as we want to drive back to our place, we checked out earlier at 6AM and thought to not wait for complimentary breakfast and at that odd time,  the staffs there extended to us a small breakfast spread, which surprised us. The staffs were all courteous and polite, especially the cheerful boys Jingo and Ramananda, who were always there to extend whatever helps with a cheerful smile, they are real worth to the property. An important thing which I need to point out is that, in our rooms , no cloth hangers were there, however we just managed with those  horizontal open cupboards/storages with in the toilet area and rooms. Hope the management will do a solution for that, and some proper maintenance with in the washrooms, also should arrange a wash area somewhere nearby the dining area.Else everything is perfect.

Location is really good, i could see river from my room and it was very soothing experience living on the shore. Staff behavior was very helping. Room size was big and rooms were clean. Everything was very nicely managed. Activa was provided by the help of hotel people. It was a good activa and we got it in good price. Hotel staff let us work from hotel even after checkout, we stayed in restaurant area for couple of hours to finish our work before we left. Breakfast was really good, once we reached for breakfast after the time was over, still hotel provided very good breakfast. Staff behavior was really good.

The cab provider charged us more, he charged 600 for 6km during night time. But that is there for whole Goa. Taxi and auto driver are demanding high charges even when petrol is cheaper in goa. Property has two floors and no lift. Although staff helps in arranging the luggage but someone who is facing issue with legs can't go to all the rooms.

The view is picturesque with the Mandovi river right beside the hotel. The facilities were super clean and room was spacious. It was equipped with all required toiletries. There were french windows which open up to the beautiful Mandovi river. The views from the hotel are stunning. The menu was good too, we enjoyed the Chicken 65 and Chicken fried rice. The staff were very friendly and polite. We had parking for our two wheeler available.

Complimentary breakfast was a bit disappointing and can be improved. The coffee provided was just instant coffee which is underwhelming although the tea was decent. Items like idli, poha and upma are probably not what people want for breakfast when they come to Goa. The place where its located has a lot of construction work going on so its slightly inaccessible by four wheelers, you have to be an expert at driving.

The hotel is beautiful. Its location is 10/10. Staff is really helpful and the food is delicious. Food is very reasonable. Also the view from my room was awesome. It rained throughout the trip, but I hardly felt like going out because of the view. Peaceful and pretty vibe. The staff helped me get transport and the food was served really fast. The hotel is clean and very well maintained. The river was swelling with water and the decor really kept up with the Goan theme.

Breakfast could have more variety.
