The staff was great from check-in to check-out. While not new, the hotel structure, including the rooms, has been very pleasantly and tastefully updated, and was very easy to navigate for this weary traveler. We didn't swim, but the twisty pool slide looked fun for kids. Our room was lovely, spacious, and very comfortable, and the a/c worked flawlessly. The hot breakfast was a welcome surprise as well! Coffee, juice, cereal, yogurt with toppings, fried eggs, potatoes, sausage, biscuits & gravy, toast, waffles. It was all available! This stay was the best of our 3500-mile journey, and I give it 5 Very enthusiastic stars!

It seems petty all considered, but I would have liked a slightly higher thread count on the sheets.

I liked the warm breakfast and the ample time to serve, and it saves me from buying my family breakfast every morning. Everything was kept stocked, and they never ran out of anything. The room was comfortable, and my children and I had plenty of room to relax in our own spaces. The beds were amazing, huge, and firm, and so many pillows and bedding were clean and made so nicely.

The pool area was a little crowded during the evening, no real space for yourself and your party. Kids were constantly splashing us and others bumping into you while trying to swim. It was a little hectic.

We stayed at the Kelly in this weekend (March 8th & 9th) and really enjoyed the experience. The price, for the value was great! The lady at the Front desk who checked us in was very friendly and easy to work with, informative, but not rude. Our room was huge, comparted to a standard 2 queen bedroom and was clean. The hotel itself was well laid out and also clean. The pool was a nice size, good temp and the slide was fun. The hot tub was also a good size and nice. Lastly the breakfast area was comfortable and had a good variety to choose from. We tend to stay in Billings a few times a year and I think this will be our new go to spot. We used to stay at the convention center but have had 2 bad experiences in a row and will not be going back. Thank you, Kelly Inn, for a great experience!

This hotel was wonderful! I had to get my room upgraded with a walk in shower due to my mobility issues. My rate was not increased, which was a pleasant surprise as these rooms typically charge more. I got to the breakfast room late in the morning expecting to find no food & again was pleasantly surprised. The lead staff attendant informed me she tries to keep it stocked for those "stragglers," which i so appreciated! My upgraded room was more than I could have expected. I so appreciate the kindness of this hotel!

There is nothing negative

The facility was clean, the rooms large, bed comfortable, and overall quiet. The pool was nice and our grandchildren enjoyed the slide. It was disappointing though that the jacuzzi was not working. The breakfast was pretty good: juices, coffee with flavored creamers (a must for me), diy waffles, cereal, yogurt, pastries, hot items. The biscuits and gravy were quite good though the eggs rubbery.

While our bed on 3rd floor was comfortable, our daughter and husband on the 2nd floor said theirs was terrible (cratered in to the middle)

I like the fact that the Kelly Inn does not charge for pets. We travel with two dogs, and that can really increase the cost of a motel room. Kelly Inn is a little more expensive, but when you take into consideration the no pet fee, it is really a better deal. We also like the Cracker Barrel restaurant next door. After eating gas station food while traveling, it is nice to have a home cooked style meals.

This time, we did notice a few homeless people hanging around back between the motel and restaurant. That is normally where you need to walk the dogs. I didn't feel comfortable walking the dogs at night, so I used the sidewalk out front for my nighttime walks.

The lobby and the receptionist were amazing. The woman was very friendly and helpful. But, our room was the nicest part! When you entered you could smell how clean the room was and looking around we found no faults. Even the refrigerator, freezer and microwave were clean! The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Breakfast was very good and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We actually didn’t find fault with ANYTHING.

This hotel was close the the Harley Davidson dealer where my bike was being worked on. It is located on a frontage road in a light industrial area. Not much around to walk to other than the Cracker Barrel restaurant or gas station. There is however a park with a lake about 2 1/2 miles away. Room was very clean. I like that the floor in the room was vinyl tile versus carpet. Carpet becomes very dirty and you never know what filth is trapped there. Breakfast was on par with the typical American offering... waffle maker, thin bacon, over cooked eggs, etc.

Came down for breakfast and the dining area was literally half full with staff. Unsure what fruit or yogurt might have been available at the start, but these items were all gone by the time I arrived to eat at 0840. Tried to strike up a conversation with some of the staff; they were all housekeepers. None of them spoke English. I've spent many a night in hotels, in more than twelve countries, and have eaten breakfast in most of these. NEVER have I come to breakfast to find the room half full of staff eating food put out for hotel guests. (I did eat my fill however this practice is not what I expect when I pay to stay at a hotel.)

The breakfast host was top notch. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The food was fresh and hot. The area was extremely neat and clean. The bed was comfortable! We liked the location of the hotel…conveniently located off the interstate. And, Cracker Barrel was next door, so we could walk there for our evening meal.

The room door was difficult to shut. The trim work on the inside around the door had come loose as well. The outside entrance we used also was difficult to open. The handle was loose too.

OMG, the water pressure in the shower 🚿 is totally worth booking here again. I've never stayed at a hotel with such great water pressure in the shower. I've stayed in $ 1000 a night, and I've stayed in $80 a night hotels. The free breakfast is a joke. It's either cereal and milk or waffles. But the room was totally worth 👌 the stay. Next time I'm in Billings I'll definitely stay again. Kelly in or the Clock Tower inn.
