The lady who checked us in , was so very friendly !! When we went to breakfast she went around and greeted everyone, we brought our 8 year old grandson and he thought she was the most friendlest person he met… he went up to her and asked if he could work for her 😃 We will come back to this hotel

Everything. Check in was fast, easy and they were extremely helpful and kind. Our room was SPOTLESS. Everything was beyond clean, I have stayed in large, big named hotels that weren't nearly as clean as this room. It was a very basic room. bed, bathroom and small TV, but it was exactly what we needed. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were very thin. (Obviously, you can't please everyone, this was just my opinion). We were truly blown away at how clean everything was. There was also breakfast included, B&G, cereal. jelly. waffles. eggs. sausage. doughnuts. milk, juice, and coffee. The staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Every time we return to Branson, we will be staying here!! :)

The only improvement I would even suggest is to have different pillows and maybe upgrade the TV, but that will NOT keep us from coming back. This was one of the cleanest hotels., especially for the price.

I stayed here several years ago and was a bit underwhelmed at the time. I decided to give them another chance and, wow, am I glad I did. They obviously upgraded quite a bit. I was pleasantly surprised with the comfort of the room, bed, pillows, towels, etc. I was really surprised to find out that they actually still have DAILY housekeeping service. That's almost unheard of since that covid scare of 5 - 6 years ago. There was also a cute, little, Retro Mini-Fridge in my room. :) The breakfast here is among the best I've experienced at a motel in Branson - coffee, orange juice, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, sausage links, biscuits & gravy, toaster & a waffle maker...along with several cold breakfast options.

The "hard-wood" floors could have been a little cleaner. I splashed some water on the floor and, when I grabbed a wash cloth to wipe it up, the cloth was black. I didn't like the fact that there is absolutely no shaded areas or umbrellas in the pool area.

Staff was amazing and very kind. the woman at the front desk was so pleasant and happy. She had us booked in a room and I asked if there was a room close to the pool since my kids were excited to swim, and she was so nice and put us looking over the pool so my girls were very excited for that. I’m one of those people that clean the hotel room top to bottom as soon as we get there, and it was already very clean surprisingly! The room was minimal but I really liked it that way since it seemed like there wasn’t anything that germs could fester on. And a huge plus was the rooms had like a vinyl plank flooring! Why most hotels have carpet is beyond me lol. I honestly have no bad things to say at all, and we already booked again for our next trip!

The room was nice size and clean. Breakfast was pretty good and the price was almost unbeatable when checking other places. The owner (?) was extremely friendly!

There was 1 outlet that didn't work that we really could have used, but not a huge deal breaker. 1 bed was super soft and the other bed was really hard. Maybe an older one and a newer one? But we all still slept comfortably. One morning we had just woke up and our door opened, I believe it was housekeeper or maintenance, but they had the wrong room. They did not have a unifirm on so it was a little scary (later found out they worked there) If ever back in Branson I would highly think about staying again though.

Wonderful staff, awesome location in town, great eggs/sausage/ biscuits&gravy/ toast/waffle/oatmeal/ cold cereal/ fresh fruit/ donut/ coffee/ hot tea, etc breakfast included as always! We did the king room w/ jacuzzi this time! Plenty of quality towels, cloths, blankets and great heat & ac as always! Always predictably clean and comfy bedding!! Probably stayed here 8-10 times by now- Seven Gables is our go to hotel!

We had minor, temporary water heating issue the 2nd night for 25 minutes or so.. that soon resolved itself and our jacuzzi, dink and shower waters were nice and hot again.

Nice, nice, nice. The woman who greeted us was very nice. I made a mistake and booked one night instead of 2 at the mobile price and she gave us the 2nd night for the mobile price. Also she had a good singing voice. We were in the breakfast room and she came to refill things and she would sing this little song to herself. She was delightful. The room was very clean. I liked that they had a 2 door tall cabinet to put things in and a cubical on each side of the bed. It was very convenient and easier than having to double check drawers when we packed up to leave. The room was also minimal stylish. You would have thought you were at a more expensive hotel room and I loved that it didn't have carpet the flooring added to the cleanliness appearance. I would recommend this place to anyone. BTW it's a non-smoking place. We didn't have to smell cigarette lingering and the smell of cheap nasty weed

Everything was great

The breakfast was outstanding, the room was great, the bed was so comfy, the jacuzzi was amazing. The service was wonderful, we got clean towels everyday. They made sure we had plenty of toiletries and they even made the bed everyday. The location was perfect, we were able to go shopping and take things back to the hotel in time for a show! We really enjoyed this hotel and plan on staying here again!

Nothing. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The last hotel we stayed at was horrible. They didn’t do anything this hotel did.

We enjoyed our stay here at Seven Gables Inn. Those eggs were the best eggs I've ever eaten from a motel/hotel breakfast. The breakfast was very delicious and we enjoyed their options. The beds were comfy for us. The first night was the best sleep I had gotten in a long time. The location was perfect for everything we did in our short stay. The staff were all friendly that we met. Check-in and check-out experience had been a breeze. The entire experience was worthwhile. The value was pretty great for what I paid. I would be willing to stay here again in the future.

The room and bathroom were very clean. Beds super comfy. We were just looking for a good place to sleep, so there was nothing fancy in the room. Clean, fresh towels were in the room when we returned in the evening. Simple furnishings, so if we wanted to hang out in the room the extra chair was very basic. They offered breakfast, which we enjoyed the morning we left. Owner was extremely friendly and professional, as well as the staff. I did get a smile, seeing their checkin process is very old school. Large, paper calendar... a touch of nostalgia.

Nothing in my opinion needed improvement.
