The bed and pillows were the most comfortable throughout my time in Albania. Very modern, comfortable room. Great location. Food really good at the restaurant. The staff were helpful and accommodating. I would recommend staying here.

The AC was not very powerful and struggled to cool the room during the day. The coolest it would get was 22. At night, it would get down to 20. Also, in order to allow the air to flow into the room, I had to keep the curtains open on the one window. Otherwise, the curtains would cover the AC vent.

This is a wonderful accommodation option right in the heart of the city! A large parking area is available in an empty section, right across the road from the hotel. The staff here are super efficient and friendly. We were leaving early, so a take-away breakfast was organised for us, which we appreciated! Aside from the location, which is great, we were super impressed with being able to use a nearby fully-functional (and independent) gym, free of charge. Our room size was huge, with a separate lounge area. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone passing through for a night, or several nights.

Nice little hotel with an interesting interior. The room and bathroom was nice. The location is good - a bit away from the main street which also means it's nice a quiet but still within walking distance to the main street and the restaurants/bars.

The receptionist wasn't super informative and we didn't really get details on breakfast. We ended up going somewhere else so I can't say how it actually was.

What I liked about the accommodation was the exceptional cleanliness and high quality equipment of the hotel. In addition, breakfast in the restaurant (2min walk from the hotel) was very tasty and rich - fresh yogurt and fruits (strawberries, apple and kiwi) fresh fluffy bread with cheese, vegetables, egg dish, croissant 🥐, biscuits and very tasty cappuccino from the portafilter machine. The service of the staff was outstanding: very very helpful! they organized me a ride to Theth and helped me track down certain stores and locations.

Modern clean hotel, great deco, comfortable bed, linens, super ac,… modern!

Staff provided nothing…no attention, no help, no info ….not even a free local map or able to give directions to castle(its main city attraction)….simply felt unwelcome there! Their restaurant charges 15 euros for breakfast which is 3 times other good local places and would not serve someone wanting just a coffee and croissant …said no! Many other good options in this town… a five star hotel there for same price !

Nice boutique style hotel, it has a secure car park opposite, which is always locked. It is in a quiet location. The staff were very helpful and suggesting places to visit or a good restaurant. The location is good, very near to town and the other way near to the old village.

The rooms as very near to each other, so when somebody goes in or out you can hear the doors bang.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly the entire time. My room was spacious, immaculate and well equipped. Water was hot, Wifi worked perfectly, AC was quiet and beds were comfy. Breakfast was delicious. An ideal location and excellent value. Highly recommended.

They changed my towels after one day which is unnecessary…offer an environmentally friendly option by saying if towels are hung up, no need to change.,

The room was modern and comfortable, easily the best we stayed in while in Albania although on the smaller side and more expensive than other places we stayed - but scrupulously clean, with a lovely bathroom and a bed that was less firm than others we had experienced (which we liked). The staff were friendly and helpful, and available all hours. The hotel felt more businesslike than touristy.

We booked a tour with the hotel and it became obvious on the morning we were due to go that the member of staff hadn't actually carried out the booking. However, the staff member on reception was able to rectify this at very short notice. There was no vending machine or any way to get drinks or snacks, which would have been nice - but overall just a minor point.

Central location, close to the pedestrian area, restaurants and supermarkets. Big parking just opposite the hotel. We got a free upgrade and the room was spacious and clean, with AC and hot water. Breakfast was amazing at their nearby restaurant (3min. walk from the hotel). A fitness room/gym is also available but not in the same building (2min. walk, just across the parking lot). Meri at the reception was welcoming and helpful.

Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Plenty of parking spaces. Breakfast which is provided at a nearby restaurant was good value for money (you are given a choice of either an omelette - which came with cold meat, cheeses and fresh vegetables - or muesli / cereal, plus bread, croissants, orange juice, tea / coffee and biscuits). We were able to leave our luggage and car at the hotel for 3 nights whilst we explored Valbona / Theth which was really helpful. They only charged us €3/day for the parking whilst we were away. Reception was friendly and helpful!

Sound insulation in rooms isn’t great. When people are talking loudly in the hallway it can be heard in the rooms. Once we had the A/C on it wasn’t a massive issue!
